This app is a complete and total scam. I have been playing this app for 274 days straight and I’ve tried to cash out and it’s been in query for well over a week. All I get is an automated response and it told me it would take up to five hours if I sent it to PayPal. All lies and I wasted a lot of my time on this app for no reason so don’t waste your time on it. They are a complete scam. ! I wish I would’ve read the other reviews before I wasted all my time on this app as they owe me over $30 which may not seem like a lot but every day having to do all the commercials and games just to get nowhere and not get my money is a waste of my valuable time! As a single mom all these little things that I do to get the extra things so I can get my child random gifts here and there or take her out with the money that I would make from apps like this was in vain! Do not use this app as they do not pay and you can’t get a real person to get this figured out. This should be removed from the Internet. It’s amazing How many scams are out there trust me don’t waste your valuable time on this app or you’ll be very sorry that you did like I am! Despicable company!!

Still waiting on 4 seperate payouts

I've been waiting on 4 separate payouts ($50 Dec 9, 2025 - $25 Jan 9, 2026 - $37.49 Jan 16, 2026 and $39.35 Feb 2, 2026) totaling $151.84 ... all showing "Your withdrawal is in queue and being processed". The last time I submitted a complaint ticket, I got a generic response back. I stopped using Benjamin as it has majorly gone down hill since they did their changes to payout methods, etc... I will not recommend this company to anyone.

This app probably never intended to pay out - even after a year of daily participation and 3 months of waiting I’ve been removed from the waitlist and not received anything. It should be removed from both Apple app and Google play stores as it is truly a scam.

Frustrating

I have sent an email every other day this past week to see about getting the $ that is owed. I have $400 that is in queue and have another $250 that is waiting to be withdrawn. This app has gone to total crap! I was boasting to people and now I feel like an ass for doing so. To also see that they still won't give a timeline as to when the money will ever be released is absolutely ridiculous. On top of hearing the same automated message over and over again on how sorry they are to hear about experience and still do nothing to help resolve it.

I know you don’t care and this won’t change a thing

I haven’t been waiting as long as some people for a payment but I’m equally as frustrated because it’s misleading to say it’s still same day payout and find out once again it’s not I’m not interested in the same response of the higher demand and having to place limits when withdrawing you never once mentioned it would take weeks even months to receive a payment you should be up front when people are trying to get the money they earned instead of the waiting and checking everyday which only benefits you because they are logging into your site and the automated response is equally frustrating it’s not personable at all even your faq page still says same day but could take 5 hours which isn’t true at all it also advised me to reach out based on its information because it was over the time limit that YOU have on YOUR faq page I just want my 90$ and to move on at this point I know you don’t care about my review I know it’s not going to get me my money any faster I know your going to say “it’s disheartening” “it’s frustrating” and then I’ll get the run down of higher demands and queues but some of us really just need our money your app was a great solution to me before the change and now 90$ is held up that I could of really used

I would give this app 0 stars if I could, I used to think this app was great, but ever since September 2025, it went downhill and it seems like a major scam!! We used to be able to withdraw anything amount at least $25, and get it instantly. Now you can only withdraw $50 a day and you get charged $0.99, but you don’t get it instantly! I’ve had 2 withdrawals pending since March 14 and 15th & I still haven’t gotten an amount of time for how long I’ll get it even though they say you will. I contacted customer support, and all I got was a generic copy and paste answer, not even answering my question which means they didn’t read it all!

Also, when I try to make a withdrawal, I get a notification saying:

Withdrawal request under review
To ensure your security, we are reviewing your withdrawal request. It will be processed shortly. Please note that it might take up to 7 days to complete. If you have any questions, please contact our support team. We appreciate your patience.

It’s been saying that since the 16th. I tried contacting customer support and still haven’t gotten a response!!

Every response on this website or any other thing that has to do with the Benjamin app are all copy and paste responses just like the response I got asking about my queue time! I guarantee that’ll be my response from this website, will be a response mostly every gets that gives this app a negative feedback!

Withdrawals are garbage now and customer service is piss poor

Almost 2 months for a $25 withdrawal is absolutely insane! And I'm still waiting since my withdrawal is still in queue. I have emailed support several times. And while I don't get a response, answer, or resolution, I do get an email asking me to rate their support. I'll say here what I say there: it's complete garbage!

Terrible payout system

Like so many others, I’m stuck in the never ending queue. Used to get payouts within 2 days. Now I have 3 payouts pending since Dec 9. Used to love this app —it was the best out there— but now I don’t think I will ever see another dime. I email and just get an auto response. Very disheartening.

Legitimate site seems like a scam site now.

Everything was fine until I requested a pay-out which they limited to $50. Over 3 months later I am still waiting. When you contact them about it, they send a generic e-mail. I have requested someone higher up to look into this but not sure if it will help. I still have money to withdraw but am afraid to try.

They used to offer same day payout, now it takes forever. They make you wait 3 months for it to credit, then who knows when you will get paid. I currently have two 25$ payouts, I have been waiting on one since 12/15/25! I have another 50 bux still pending in que. Customer support is non existent, they ignore you and never respond. I have used Benjamin app for a couple…

I have used Benjamin app for a couple years now and I’ve never had an issue with trying to withdraw money. Once they revamped their payout system, I have yet to get any of my withdrawals that I’ve asked for. I have withdrawals dating back to December 21. I’ve stayed under the $50 required payout, but I have not received anything as of yet. The Benjamin app, as I like their layout and functionality. If they could get their payout system back to where it used to be, it would be very beneficial. I tried to be patient since I knew that they had revamped their payouts. But it’s been three months now and I haven’t seen anything.

This app used to be a five. Unfortunately in December they “upgraded”.
Since then I have not received any of the rewards I have requested.
The rewards you earn are now pended for three months. You then request the rewards and are queued for an unidentified time. I have been waiting since before the update for my rewards.
This update also limited how you can receive rewards. You can no longer withdraw to your bank account. There are options such as Venmo and PayPal. Unfortunately as I am in their non stop queue I do not know if they work.
It would be nice if the effort placed on responding platitudes of limits slowing them down to bad reviews they took that time to fix their system.
I would recommend to not waste your time with this company.

I've been waiting 15 weeks for my first withdraw. A whopping $50 has yet to be paid. In the meantime, I have received withdraws from Pogo and Just Play, both same day.
DO NOT USE BENJAMIN, unless you want to be on the hook for 6+ months trying to get your money.

Have not received rewards

I’ve been using Benjamin for almost a year now and at the beginning, I used to never have problems with withdrawing, and now I have withdrawals that have been queued since December that have not been paid. Total Scam!!

Used to be a great way to earn a little extra money. I've used it for about two years and in that time I earned maybe $400. Obviously not enough to live on, but a little extra help with groceries and stuff. You could cash out easily and get your money deposited or get gift cards. Then came the update in December 2025.....
Now all your money earned from games and surveys goes into a "queue"...which holds your money for months. You can only withdraw $50 a day and it can only be Venmo or PayPal instead of easy to use gift cards. Customer care used to be fantastic, now all you get is a generic message saying they're experiencing a high volume and payouts are taking longer than usual. Looking at the recent reviews on the Appstore tells the story...nobody is getting their money. Most people have been waiting for months to collect and have gotten nothing. I currently have $100 to cash out and I'm assuming I will never see it. So disappointed that their greed has ruined this app. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP!!! IT IS 100% A SCAM!!!!!
