I’d like to share my genuine shopping experience with this brand. I purchased a watch from them, but initially, the shipping carrier was unable to deliver it. So, I reached out to their customer service team. They quickly arranged to reship a replacement watch to me, and this time, I received it without any issues. Their customer service is excellent.

Received two of their watches and have to admit that I am vèry pleased with the quality of their products. Unique design make them stand out. Also their watches are affordable. I highly recommend them.
Watch is hardly legible under normal light. Poor quality and looks like a drop ship business. Avoid buying direct. Customer service is bad too.
I bought a watch for 100 EUR, and it looks nothing like the pictures on their website. The digital display is so dim that it is impossible to read the time.
When I tried to exercise my legal 14-day Right of Withdrawal (EU law), they started playing games. First, they offered me a ridiculous 10% refund to keep the junk. Then they tried to sell me another watch with a 50% discount.
They are a Hong Kong-based company (BENLYDESIGN INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED) hiding behind a global website. Now they are demanding video "inspections" of the product just to provide a return address, which is a clear violation of consumer rights.
This is a typical "bait and switch" scam. If you have been scammed by them, open a dispute on PayPal or file a chargeback with your bank immediately. Do not trust their "support" – they are just stalling for time.
Im going to edit my review , as after multiple emails and a lot of time, I finally got what i ordered. You order one of their special offers. They claim one watch not in stock then charge you extra for an alternative whilst still promoting the allegedly out of stock watch.
Their customer service seems to operate the way chinese sellers did a decade ago. If you do manage to get their watches, at the discount price they are quirky and interesting. I especially like the look of the stainless steel used on a few of them. If you take a punt...be ready to be messed about . A shame as the product is good.
I saw the G100 on the Benly Design watch website. I was so excited that I immediately put the watch in my shopping cart and paid with Apple pay without adding my details such as email. I contacted them but got a message that I had never placed an order. Money gone. Today I unexpectedly received the watch and I am very happy with it but. From now on a bit more careful. So the website is reliable after all.
Absolutely shambles of a company. Ordered a watch came without a strap or any paperwork have emailed 5 times and sent a Facebook message, no reply to any of them
