Do not buy from this company! I purchased the Carter Waffle Hoodie in Size L. Product described on Soulario website as "premium waffle-knit cotton" with "unmatched softness" and a "tailored fit". In reality, the hoodie is thin, feels like a plastic material, and has little to no shape to it, let alone a tailored fit. Website also says "crafted in California" but product arrived in a package from China. There were no tags on the hoodie – no branded label, no fabric content, no care instructions. As disappointed as I was with the hoodie, returning it has been nearly impossible. After contacting the company to initiate a return, there were multiple email exchanges over several weeks with the customer service rep, "Mary". Each time I requested return information, Mary offered an increasing percentage of a refund and a store voucher. When I was finally given approval to return the item for a full refund, I learned the catch. The return address is in Australia and shipping costs are more than what I paid for the hoodie. Poor quality product plus frustrating return policy!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I’m sure I’m not the only one, but my order was delayed by about a week and the thing I received was NOTHING like advertised. The hoodie was advertised as “warm” and “premium waffle-knit cotton” and the garment I received was made of 95% polyester like a reversible soccer jersey, was thin and poorly stitched together. The hood was comically large… like a klan hood. Now it’s been almost a week since I’ve asked for a return/refund and they simply will not respond to my emails anymore. AVOID SOULARIO AT ALL COSTS!
Item received was a L when a Medium was ordered. Return requests were responded to days later and only with offers that increased. The return request has taken me 3 weeks so far and ended up taking a 40% refund and a $20 voucher. Definitely not using the voucher. Probably a sweatshop. Do not purchase from this store.
This company is FRAUD. I urge you all to avoid. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes after Facebook ads. Shipping took over a month from somewhere in China, the material isn't leather from Italy, the website claims customer service number in California, but no one ever answers, returns require shipment to Australia, where shipping cost is absurd, and worst of all shoes look nothing like the pictures. They came in plastic bags, deformed and scuffed. Complete waste of $150.

What a scam! Received items too small and in different color. And Mary, their infamous CS rep, stopped answering me.
Cheapest material you can think of. $180 for a what seems like $10 pieces at Temu or AliExpress.
I ordered two pairs of shoes in my size based on their size chart and when I receive them, they were much too small. I reached out to them to try to get an exchange and instead of offering that they try to send me multiple emails offering partial refund or 20% off of future purchase. When I wrote them back and said that doesn’t seem very customer service oriented seems how your size chart is off, their response was it was up to me to shit back the shoes which would cost more than what I purchased the shoes for. Do not buy from them. They are a knock off and are not very customer service oriented.
This is another scam company out of China. The site is fraudulent. Your best bet is to NEVER buy anything off social media, it’s 99% fake scam. They rip you off and send you garbage. no refunds either.
I've ordered white snickers size 6. Product came without any size stamp and about 3 size bigger. They want me to send it back to Australia on my own expense, even there policy says: "Customers are responsible for return shipping costs UNLESS the item is defective OR THERE WAS A MISTAKE ON OUR END.”

I stupidly ordered a navy blue waffle weave hoody from them. They alluded they were shipping from a U.S. warehouse, but the piece of crap took 17 days to get here from China. And what showed up was made from the cheapest, crappiest material possible. Not only was the color a long way from what an American would call “navy” the material was only slightly thicker than toilet paper.

Product says large but definitely a medium tried to return it at $42 through USPS to Australia. Not worth it! Don’t buy from Soulario.

Complaint Details:
I am filing this complaint due to deceptive business practices, lack of transparency, and an unreasonable return policy by Soulario.
Soulario presents itself as an Australian brand, yet failed to clearly disclose at the time of purchase that the merchandise is actually shipped from China. This material fact was only discovered after the order was placed.
After payment, I received a notice stating:
“Due to high volumes, our shipping times are as follows: US: 10–20 days, rest of the world: 15–25 days.”
This statement is misleading and omits the true origin of the shipment and the nature of international fulfillment.
The shoes received were materially different from the product advertised in style and quality.
When I requested a return, Soulario made the process deliberately difficult, requiring over 20 email exchanges before issuing a Return Authorization. I was then informed that:
• Soulario has no U.S. return address
• Returns must be shipped to Australia
• Return shipping costs exceed the original purchase price
These terms were not clearly disclosed prior to purchase and effectively prevent consumers from exercising their right to return.
Resolution Requested:
I am requesting a full refund without requiring international return shipping, or reimbursement of return shipping costs. I also request that Soulario be required to clearly disclose shipping origin, delivery timelines, and return obligations prior to purchase.
Solario is one of the worst companies right now on the market. They are specialist in making you to suffer, and when you say you want to return the merchandise, they don't send you any label to return , they told me to send it back to Australia. They should be prosecuted.
Scam !!! Cheap Chinese products. Didn't match what was ordered plus took a month to receive my order. Would never order from them. Zero star if that was a selection. Stole money from a hard working consumer.
Do not purchase from them! I ordered a small men's sweater. They sent me a large. When I wrote to them they said I was likely reading the tags wrong. I took photos and sent them along. They then agreed to replace the sweater if I sent the large one back, at my expense. I told them that this was their mistake so they should cover my postage or just send me the correct sweater. They refused and instead said they would refund me 50% of the cost of my sweater and give me a $20 voucher for their site. After several more emails, they wouldn't budge.

This review should be zero stars. Soulario's website, under "Refund Policy," states that customers are not responsible for return shipping costs if there is "a mistake on our end." I will demonstrate in a moment that this statement is false. And, it is an important falsehood, because returns must be sent to Australia. The cost of return shipping to Australia is more than triple the cost of the two shirts I purchased from Soulario -- shirts that, because of "a mistake on [Soulario's] end," I needed to return. I ordered a size M and received a size XL, which is much too large for me to wear. While dealing with Soulario's customer support about returning the shirt at Soulario's expense, I reordered a size M. Again, I received a size XL! After exchanging over 20 emails with Soulario over a period of two months, during which I sent proof of what I had ordered and what I received, I was refused a refund unless I shipped the shirts to Australia at my expense. I concluded that I had been scammed: apparently, Soulario is getting rid of unsold XLs by sending them to unsuspecting customers like me, knowing that I would not be able to return them for a refund because of the prohibitive cost of shipping to Australia. Soulario's promise to pay for return shipping when there is "a mistake on our end" is false. Do business with them at your own risk.
