Avoid at all costs. Do not be tempted to purchase from here. I stupidly bought men’s mules from here for my holiday. The shipping said: shipped next day. But they failed to mention this would be shipped from a warehouse in China despite looking like a London based brand. I purchased different shoes that arrived in time for holiday. The shoes from Bennett and Clarke were also way too small.

I’m trying to return this to the supplier who have told me it will be $30-40 to return the item which is about the same price as the shoes. They keep trying to fob me off with 20% discounts for future purchases rather than offering free returns.

I will be going to my credit card company to raise a dispute and get a refund.

Never again! Do your research.

deceptive marketing, put you through the ringer and then deny your request to return the product. Product not true to size. Product not what it states. STAY AWAY

If it were possible to go lower than 1 I would give 0.

I had to pay a large fee to return the jumper and then because they refused to accept it- the parcel hadn’t been opened!! - I will not receive a refund. I would never buy from them again and would have given no stars if possible.

I ordered a jumper it came after 3 weeks and was not the same as I ordered and the quality was awful plus no label, I am going through my bank for a refund.
SHOCKING DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

This is a scam! I ordered a jumper 9th February, never received it. They sent me an email 16 February apologising and saying they were in the process os moving to a larger store. Today is 27th February, never received my order.

Scammers!!!!is just AI process!!! The “quality “ is garbage/ trash! Fake addresses in USA. Fake phone number. I called probably 20 yes 20 time and nobody answered or returned my calls. After this probably 15-17 emails and the deal with “if you not satisfied we send you an other on “ is BS. The send you the same size and same “quality “ . I’m a size 42-44R in USA sizes. They sent me size 6 in the Chinese sizes . Very short sleeves and no way the tried on .

I didn't want to give them a star but want to warn people. The goods are such bad quality and you DO NOT have to pay to return them under UK consumer rights ACT. I asked to return for full refund because the quality is SO BAD and they have now blocked my email address so I cant return the item. I have reported them to Trading Standards and to my bank to try and recover the money. The positive reviews on here are fake, please don't get scammed like I have. Their policies are not legitimate and they are not legitimate!!!!! PLEASE LISTEN, you will lose your money and this business MUST be closed.

Dammy in customer service was very patient and responding to my worries when I had thought my package wasn't deliver

I’m having real difficulty with them. I ordered something in error. I received an email from them saying no problem and to let them know what it was I did want to order. When I said there was nothing I wanted they said it was too late to cancel the order. When I sent a follow up email I received and email address not known. I am just trying to see if I can get my bank to cancel the payment as it is still pending.

Ordered a 100% cashmere jumper. Got a 95% nylon and 5% spandex one.

I bought their knitted sweaters in the three colors. The black and red sweaters is a good fit, but the grey one is in a totally different material and size, despite being the same knit.

Customer service have yet to answer me.

I would give a negative rather than 1 star. Just awful.
1. The quality of all of the goods was poor, seams coming apart. Colour totally different from the website.
2. Descriptions of items on the site were terrible, not even comment on the material at times.
3. Shoes were so narrow that they would only fit a child.
4. Sent off for a refund. No facility to do this on the website. Nothing has happened, no refund and no acknowledgement.
This is a TOTAL RIPOFF

Entirety too much for drop shipped chinese garbage

I did buy a cordrouy jacket from here. I have given three stars as I didn’t really like it and the return had to be sent to china tracked which cost £35. I had to chase several times to get a refund and every time I emailed my first email would get through and be replied to but further emails would bounce back from their servers and I would have to forward their reply to a new email set up by message and reply back to them that way. It’s hard imagine why this was happening unless my email addresses or emails that were replies were being blocked but perhaps I’m not in the full picture. I did get a full refund in the end but the hassle and return postage costs did mean that I’m still quite out of pocket.

Definitely avoid.

The shoes looked completely different than in real life. When I asked to return them, they wanted me to pay for postage to China, which is pretty much the price of the shoes. Now stuck with ugly shoes

It is a rip off company. I sent back two jumpers, following their instructions, because the quality was awful and they didn't return my money.
