Ordered wallet months ago and immediately began receiving automated tracking info. Not super detailed but specific enough to make you think it's legit.

Finally 2+months later, wallet arrives in Oklahoma? No more updates, no contact.

Emailed support@beproudlevel, and their bot responded with a templated email. "We see your order was delivered to the wrong address and have initiated a new order for you". Interesting since every time it moved an inch, I got an update on its whereabouts. I received no notifications past arriving in OK.

10 emails asking for updates, 5 emails asking for refunds; all responses came from a bot stating no refunds due to it being "in transit".

Now they won't even respond so. Do yourself a favor, do not order from Beproudlevel, it is a scam.

These people are total thieves. Ordered a Christmas item on Nov 23rd FOR CHRISTMAS and received it Dec 26th. They are refusing a return or refund. It's unclear who the actual company is, there are so many different names. Clearly scam site.

Ordered their flowers a month ago. Ordered a specific color as they advertised that color as "lightning fast delivery" Mother's Day sale. I ordered five. Mother's Day has come and gone. They have not updated their delivery status in a week and they have no answers other than be patient… Then they blamed it on Trump. I am not joking, you can't make this stuff up. I have all the dialogue in emails saved to prove it. I think this company is a scam. I am out just under $60. What a scam!

Edited: Today is Saturday, May 31, still haven't received my flowers and I'm out $60 . There hasn't been a tracking update since May 21.…Again, I repeat I ordered a specific color because it's advertised as "lightning fast delivery" on these particular colors and they were advertised as "Mother's Day flowers" … You be the judge on how this company operates.
