I would give them a NEGATIVE score if possible! I ordered before Christmas, and paid in full but have NEVER received my order or a refund. I have emailed them so many times and they DO NOT ANSWER! My next stop will be to report them to consumer affairs and the FTC. I want my money returned in full!!!

This company is a huge scam. They send you fake tracking numbers and you never receive the product. And then they keep sending can’t reply that the order is on its way yet. It’s been months. Stay far away from them!!!

I purchased a set of Big Foot Christmas ornaments. The ad for these ornaments made showed the ornaments to be figures to hang on the trees. However, what I received were three flat ornaments with the Big Foot picture embossed on some hard material. Not what they showed in the ad. I have asked for a refund, but don't expect to get a positive refund after such deception.
