Great two pieces I bought, changed my home! Fair price, excellent value. Fast delivery. The communication could be more detailed, but overall, perfect. Will shop again!

I received the rug fairly quickly and loved it.
The colour is beautiful and it feels lovely underfoot.

A gorgeous rug shipped very quickly to Toronto, Canada. Great value for the price...would definitely order from this company again.

Love this rug - looks great and feels fantastic underfoot. It arrived exactly when promised and was perfect from day 1.

Love my rug it looks absolutely amazing, original rug with the frinch on one side
Would have added pictures of i could.

Exactly as pictured, even more beautiful in person, and amazing customer support throughout the process.
Thank you :)

Poor quality overpriced for the item. My rug had a fringe on one end but not the other. Customer service said it was part of the unique handmade style but it actually looks cheap and mass produced . They have gone missing in action when I asked for the address to return it. I do not recommend anyone buys from berberugs

Love my Takfarinas handmade rug from this company, it’s given such a warmth to my room, and the colours are amazing.
Fab company to deal with, very fast delivery and safe packaging to ensure the rug came in great condition. Definitely would buy again

The rug that turned up was different colours to the image on the website - similar pattern though - but ugly colouring. Zero response from Berbero Rugs to my emails about it. When I purchased online it said ‘in stock’ so I assumed that the image was a true representation of the rug I would receive. 3 weeks from my purchase I contacted them to ask if it had been sent yet, only to be told it was getting made. Nearly 3 months later it turned up. Totally different to the image. Am so disappointed & have wasted my money. The quality is nowhere near as good as a rug I ordered from Benisouk.com - would recommend them, but I would absolutely steer clear of Berbero Rugs based on my experience and for not responding to me post-purchase.

The rug arrived dirty and the colours had nothing to do with the picture presentation.
I sent it back to Morocco, for a return and refund, which cost me quite a bit. It has been waiting at customs for over 3 months now because they refuse to answer to the customs call. I now have the proof of this through an inquiry made by my postal service.
All this to not proceed to the refund.
This company is as ugly as their carpets, stay away.

Not sure if this is the right trust pilot page but I wanted to leave a good review for berberorugs.com because I read the negative one here after making a purchase and got really nervous that I’d been scammed but my rug arrived quickly, looks amazing and perfectly as advertised plus been came with a little free gift bag/thing. Very happy overall!

Be very careful with this company. I paid $1234 for a rug. It arrived, but was a different color (much darker than shown on the website), and also with a strong damp odour. There was no return address on the rug so I am not actually sure where it was sent from. I emailed to return the rug, and they said I had to return it to Morocco (I live in Australia). The shipping for me to return it was $550, almost half the price of the rug. I had very short emails back from them, and then they went completely silent. After doing some looking (and asking for clarification from Berbero which never came), it appears that the Judge.me reviews they have on their site may not be true. I also couldn't find any mentions of them in all the fancy magazines they refer to. I feel ripped off and that this is a scam. I would be very careful buying from them if I were you.
