Very pleased with the smooth process.

Easy process, extremely fast and professional response from David Sheridan, positive and straight forward outcome.

Very reliable. No hassle .

Digital workflow encouraged competitive bidding, which started at the high end for my size of house and came down to reasonable price levels. The rated BER accessor I accepted was responsive to communications, actioned the rating timely, and delt seemlessly with my property agent and tenants. He produced a professional product in the cert and advisory report.

Zero fuss for a fee, with a good report and cert to follow. Well recommended for anyone looking for a BER cert on their property.
