BerCert.com Opiniões

Process was very simple and fast.
Raymond was efficient and professional and accommodated my time to meet.

It took around 2 weeks to get my BerCert , I believe this is the norm… Yes they were good …

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent BER Assessment Service

I recently used Concave Energy for a BER assessment and was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. The assessor was punctual, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. The whole process was clearly explained from start to finish, and the report was delivered promptly with detailed, easy-to-understand recommendations.

Their attention to detail and genuine commitment to providing accurate, high-quality work really stood out. I would highly recommend Concave Energy to anyone looking for a reliable and professional BER assessor.

Picked a BER assessor and he came 3 days later and was efficient. Job done!

Very easy to organise, person very reliable and pleasant and informative

I contacted “Aaron McManus” to do a BER Cert, he was very efficient, worked around my schedule, explained everything in detail.
Excellent customer service. 10/10

Very efficient and very professional from start to finish.

A fantastic and quick work

I got in a large number of quotes and quickly. The service was easy to use also. Would highly recommend.

Only issue was that I realised after submitting that I had entered a relevant detail incorrectly and it doesn’t allow you to edit or delete your request yourself which may be something that could be looked at however I did email and they resolved for me swiftly enough.

Used an amazing engineer by the name of Aaron McManus, highly recommend

Nathan was so polite and professional in all his correspondence and also gave great advice after his assessment was complete. Would highly recommend.

I wouldn’t recommend this company after having a recent BER assessment done with them. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but it was headache from start to finish. Assessor turned up on the day 2 hours late. Rushed through the whole assessment, knocked down a baby gate then slammed my front door on his way out. I emailed the office to let them know about how my appointment went and they were very apologetic and assured my report would be checked in full. So I left it at that. Then the report wasn’t sent over in time which caused extra me stress in getting it back to my bank in time. No apology for the late report just please see attached. Had the privilege of paying €195 for the experience. Not expecting the red carpet treatment but would have expected the assessor and to turn up for the appointment on time and for the report to be sent over when promised.

Very positive experience in terms of service and price.

Fast service, came at short notice and done the job as he said he would do it.

Great service, would highly recommend Shannon Energy Consultants

Punctual, friendly, experienced professional

Although quick with cost of BER rating,it does apper to.be scam for the customer point of view.
Everytime some improvement is done to house, you have to have aBER done, and any grant you get towards the improvements, are more costly, because you have ro pay 200-300 for a BER rating.

Honest and quick.

Thorough and professional. Thanks Tom. Very happy to recommend. :)
