BerCert.com Opiniões

Very thorough and professional assessment.

Requested a quote for BER Cert for these and entered home details , anyone care to guess how much I got a quote for a mid terrace 4 bed €€€ 560 euro!!’ What a scam entered different address but same house details and got a quote for €360 . Both quotes are way off the mark . Got recent quotes buying my current home plus selling my last home which was bigger and it was half . STAY AWAY From chancers and scammers looking for quick yeses on overpriced quotes!’

They were the most reasonable priced company. Very prompt and helpful

Very professional.

Job done, as requested

Very easy booking system. Good communication with the assessor. Got a few quotes and easy to pick one. Definitely recommend to anyone needing to get a BER assessment.

Very quick initial response to the job but still waiting on BER certificate!!

Ease of access to BER official and arranged suitable visiting time.

Excellent service. Prompt appointment. Efficient and considerate assessor.

Really easy process, one stop shop, saves pricing places individually

Very good I am so happy with his service

Everything went very smoothly, very helpful with all information

Response was immediate , got 3 offers for BER certification, wide variety of quotes. When I decided on an agent, the appointment time was very quick & the Certification followed soon after.
Process was very efficient.

I found the customer service from BerCert.com to be efficient in that I did not have to wait long.
Professional carrying out there work
Friendly and professional in their communication.
The delivery of the BerCert was very efficient again not long to wait for it to arrive. I would highly recommended BerCert.com

Efficient and great communication. Very well priced too for the size of the house.

Simon arrived at the agreed time. He went about the job very efficiently. He was very friendly and gave me advice about how I could improve the thermal performance of the house. The test took about twenty minutes. I got the result back in a week. I was very happy with the procedure.

It is a very easy site to navigate. I got plenty of texts messages and emails of interested parties. I was able to chose my own and pay the deposit after booking. He was on schedule and I should have my report in the coming days.

The most spammy company ever !
Booked and paid deposit €40 - issues with selected company so cancelled assessment. No telephone number for this company. Emailed and advised I had cancelled and as per their guarantee requested a full refund. No response or refund. Raising a charge back now - avoid - easier to fins assessors and deal with them directly instead of this suspect company. And you will be plagued by spam emails from them.
