Lo más preocupante es que la empresa se desentiende de la garantía alegando que "el calor no tenía por dónde salir", en lugar de asumir que un producto térmico debe tener sistemas de seguridad para evitar derretirse.
¡Cuidado si buscáis un producto seguro y una marca que responda! ❌

Dicho esto, es importante aclarar que la garantía está destinada a cubrir defectos de producto o de fabricación. Nuestros guantes con tecnología Dual Heating están diseñados para alcanzar temperaturas elevadas cuando ambos lados están activados, precisamente para ofrecer el máximo nivel de calor en condiciones extremas.
Cuando los guantes permanecen encendidos sin estar en uso (por ejemplo, sin llevarlos puestos), el calor no puede disiparse correctamente. Esto puede provocar una acumulación de calor sobre calor, lo que puede afectar al material. Este comportamiento no indica un defecto del producto, sino una situación de uso no prevista.

We hebben verwarmde sokken gekocht. Deze werkte heel goed. De rechtersok ging kapot. Kan gebeuren na regelmatig gebruik. We hebben toen contact opgenomen met klantcontact. De reactie was heel snel en adequaat. Wij hadden de defecte sok na overleg teruggestuurd. Wij ontvingen bijna per ommegaande nieuwe sokken! Wij zijn heel blij met de wijze waarop wij geholpen werden. Dit geeft veel vertrouwen.

Beheizbare Sohlen
Beheizbare Sohlen, halten die Wärme für max. 2 Stunden im Außenbereich! Vor Bestellung habe ich mich sogar darüber informiert und natürlich wurde mir nur das Beste zugesagt. Beheizbare Sohlen, die nur 1x verwendbar sind, versprechen das was erwartet wird, diese Sohlen das Gegenteil - absolut keine Empfehlung!
Auch keine Empfehlung für den Kundenservice, hier wurde das Problem auf den Schuh verlagert.

vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass Ihre Erfahrung nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat.
Die Heizdauer unserer beheizbaren Sohlen hängt von mehreren Faktoren ab, wie der gewählten Heizstufe, der Außentemperatur und der Isolierung der Schuhe. Auf der höchsten Stufe erreichen die Sohlen Temperaturen von bis zu 65 °C, was naturgemäß mehr Energie verbraucht und eine Heizdauer von etwa 2 Stunden zur Folge haben kann.
Für eine längere Nutzungsdauer empfehlen wir die mittleren oder niedrigeren Heizstufen (ca. 45–55 °C), die für die meisten Anwendungen bereits ausreichend Wärme bieten.
Unsere Kollegen haben Ihr Anliegen nicht auf Ihre Schuhe „abgeschoben“, sondern darauf hingewiesen, dass gut isolierte Schuhe die Wärme deutlich besser speichern. Dadurch bleibt die Wärme länger erhalten und oft ist die höchste Stufe gar nicht notwendig.

Goedemorgen Erik,
Wat vervelend om te horen. We reageren altijd binnen 24 uur op e-mails en zijn dagelijks telefonisch te bereiken: 030 227 33 95 tussen 9 en 5. Bel ons gerust even om het door te spreken, ik heb u ook een e-mail gestuurd.
Anderzijds werkt ons reparatieportaal ook vol automatisch, maar aangezien dit om de verpakking gaat - gaan we daar samen uit komen.

Ik had mijn handschoenen net een paar…
Ik had mijn handschoenen net een paar maanden en kreeg problemen met de accu en dat werd super goed en super snel opgelost ..
De dag dat ik de accu's terug stuurde had ik de volgende dag al gelijk weer nieuwe ..
dat was echt super snel.
Alleen 1 kleine tip voor communicatie , het was top dat het zo snel allemaal geregeld was maar wilde ook graag weten wat er nou precies aan mankeerde .
Er zat geen briefje bij of geen email.
Dat is het enige wat ik een ienie minie minpuntje vond.
Maar voor de rest absoluut geen klagen.

Avoid. Poor customer service
Received a faulty product and had to pay to return!! Customer service advisor suggested I send back and reorder on 'premium delivery' at an extra cost but offered no codes against the extra.
It has put me off replacement as I'd have to pay AGAIN to return if the next set of gloves are faulty.

I could not find any review from Slovakia so I was a bit afraid. Supplier is great, informed me about delivery and sent trucking to follow the package. I bought heated gloves with high battery capacity. I am really satisfied with the goods, too.

Not very happy that I had to pay for postal charges to send back to them a defective item. Should they have a quantity control system that make sure that their goods are working properly before selling them or absorbing their own faulty item.

Goede kwaliteit onderhandschoenen.
Ondanks de feestdagendrukte snel geleverd. De onderhandschoenen met batterij-indicator bevallen prima! Geen koude handen meer bij het wandelen en autorijden. De ONDERhandschoenen zijn minder geschikt voor in de koude buitenlucht, maar wel met de handen in de jaszakken en in de auto kun je er alles mee bedienen. Goede kwaliteit. Aanrader!
