Jordan fletcher arrived today to do electric test replaced light switch and plug socket.
Very pleased with his work and very polite too.

Andrew.S did a great job, very efficient.

Alan- Jordan fletcher was earlier than expected and was polite and helped me with any questions I had.

Engineer Edward S receives 5 stars from me for his professional approach towards me and explaining the work to be carried out
Lantei only gets 3stars from me but please don't be upset as this is how I rate companies that issue workers with a sheet for the customer to sign on the completion of the job (fair enough) imo
What bugs me is on this same sheet of paper is you have to tick boxes on the persons character promptness work ethic etc
As far as I'm concerned this should be conducted by text/email or even a phone call and not while the worker is in the customers home
So my advice to you is stop spying on your workers and stop asking customers to grass on your workers

Your engineer Mr Sam.L has gone behold the duties of his job while at my property mrs Sandra Kelly, he sort out further repairs I needed in my home so I could get them fixed, he was a very polite and respectful person while in my home. He fixed my smoke alarms which where out of date, he is a good reputation of lantei and his customer service is very much up to par.

Andrew was the electrician who came to my property to complete an annual check up. He was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond (he even replaced a lightbulb for me!)

Joe H visited my property today to carry out an Electrical Safety check. He arrived at exactly the time he said he would, and explained what he would be doing and approximately how long it would take.
When he had to check the electrical sockets upstairs he put shoe covers on and left no mess anywhere in my property.
When he’s finished he explained again what he’d done, and wished me a Merry Christmas before leaving.
