I've given 5 stars down to the friendliness/politeness of our Engineer Jack. Came this morning to do our annual check. Fixed our lights for us straight away. Wore his carpet protectors, couldn't fault him on anything. Quality bloke!

Engineer Jack - 443818 arrived at my property, he had a mask and shoe covers at the ready, he introduced himself, and immediately started work on checking the electric he made very little noise, and any mess made, he popper out for supplies and came straight back quicker the what he said he would be great service Jack thank you.
