Nightmare - damaged goods and no customer service or refund
Terrible service Radiator arrived damaged and the fixing bolts missing, however, we found them on our drive the next morning this was due to the box being so badly damaged, spoke to customer services and they said it was a common problem and they would send another radiator, the next day anther one arrived and the courier said he hadn't been asked to pick up the return radiator, on opening replacement radiator that one was also damaged! on speaking to best heating they said a courier would pick both up and then they would refund my money. Still no courier and I have 2 damaged radiators and no refund. Customer Service advisor would not escalate the problem or offer any help. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

returns service is a nightmare
I have spent over £3000 with these guys. i was not bale to exchange items even though they have that option on the website. you have to sent it back at your cost within the 30days and purchase your new ones.
i sent back the items 15 May and its now the 5th week and still no refund and they have not even bothered to process the items i returned back.
No consideration that ppl need their money back especially when its over £1000 in returns.
Fast to sell
Very slow to give your money back.
I have to keep chasing them every week and still no progress.
