Dear sir, I was very disappointed in the “maul-stick” that I ordered from you.
First of all…. all that I received was one small box with the two metal end pieces that fit on the ends of the stick. BUT maul stick itself was not even delivered. Did u send one? Did it get lost in the mail? The other thing was the diameter on the thin metal pieces I received are only a little over an inch wide, and professional artist such as myself uses canvases 1 1/2” to 2 inches way more often than any 1/2” canvass. These pieces will not even work for the larger 1 1/2+ gallery wrapped canvases. I’m glad your product was on a money back guarantee.
I would like my money refunded to my card please I appreciate doing this in this message.

Please return the 2995 to my card either the Discover ending in 1068, or for the Visa ending in 7465 whichever one you used to charge for this.

Priest contact me with a confirmation that the refund has been given or any other questions you might have. If I don’t hear back, I will have to file a dispute, which is gonna be a lot more trouble for both of us.

I ordered 3 shirt dresses and they are made 2 sizes too small and you can practically see thru them they are so thin. I tried to return but they said it’s very expensive to send back and the address on package is not the correct place to return. But didn’t give me other address. Offered me $7 off. No thanks. Please read reviews before you buy. The dresses are not as shown on line.

From the day I ordered your product to it arriving at my door was very prompt. I am very impressed. I have purchased your product as a Christmas Gift for my son and I am sure he will be equally impressed at the quality - sometimes you just know it is a good quality by the weight.

Have not received my order yet, would be nice to receive some updates for shipping and ETA. Maybe a tracking number

Excellent piece of kit great price and product

I like my wallet I ordered the one with a slot for my cash but received the wrong one otherwise I like the material and the layout but I love to get the one I ordered It would greatly appreciate if you could correct this issue

The ordering was very easy, but it has been a month since I ordered 9/18/26, and I haven't received any information on the product being shipped.

Tracking showed where the package was at all times, great product & service

too small to be called counted crossstitch. Fabric is very stiff NO INSTRUCTIONS

Product never delivered and SELLER refuses to answer emails

I would prefer no stars, but not an option. I never received thee item and the company supplied tracking information saying I did. They never supplied a valid USPS tracking number so that I could file a complaint at the post office.

The tracking information they did supply was inaccurate. It does not fully track the package.

They have refused to refund my money and since they had insurance on the package I do not understand. At this point I fully believe this company is a scam and so does the USPS who also told me the tracking information shared was wrong.

I received my order (Hat) but I thought I was to receive the buckel also or was I wrong?:

Received items ordered in timely manner.

There were no instructions on the installation.

Great product, very good deal and fast delivery. Thank you very much!

Very nice, these plush toys were very cute and look the same size as advertised. Very pleased with them and this transaction.

Quality item, good value, reasonable postage speed. Does the job well.

Ordered two hoses that were supposed to be the press and release button type and when I got mine they were check valves. Yes they do the same thing. Not what I ordered and a little harder to use on a full can to turn the valve while still holding it.
