I placed an order with Bestemall on 9/15/26 and paid with Visa(said charge appears on cc account).I have had multiple problems with delivery in spite of back and forth emails today I receive in “Track” info….Product

Needless to say I am furious.. if I am not contacted by Bestmall within 24 hrs I will report it higher authorities.

Asked to cancel order. Reply was four days later to say it was too late to do so. They then asked that I give product a try and then decide. I still did not want the product. Of course, there was no reply when I replied that I did not want! Lesson learned!!

I've ordered the Metal Montessori Puzzle and got it after 2 weeks. During that time I always got information of the tracking of the goods. The children and adults are happy about the gift and can't stop trying to solve it. I can only recommend this Puzzle

It would be nice if you provided some instructions on how to properly use the device, ie., power on or power off on the device being tested. Also, the LED that indicates the part is good is dim on mine and very hard to see if it is lighting up or not. It also flickers.

Its nothing special. Its just a 4 outlet charger.

Delivery times infinite, return policies unfair. Making us pay for the shipping when an item doesn't fit - that's just not how things are done.

They do everything they can to make returns difficult as well.

I love these kits. However the first I worked on was great except there weren’t enough beads for the potting shed, o4 beads. I’ve written several times and I’ve yet to hear anything. Disappointed

I received the glasses and have tried them. I wrote for a label ticket to send them back as they are not good for me. I still have not gotten a return label. If you read this please send a label so I can return them.
