Excellent Customer Service!
Recently, I purchased a lifetime Kinomap subscription from Best Gym Equipment (at a very competitive price!)
I was wondering when my activation code would be emailed to me, so I wrote an email to their customer service department.
It did not take long before Sarah replied to this email informing me that Best Gym Equipment had to get a code from Kinomap directly.
Sarah kept me well posted right the way through this process and today my activation code was received. Everything works a treat. So, a big thank you to Sarah. She has been great!

Richard and the team were amazingly helpful and even followed up 11 months later to check we were enjoying the equipment we bought (which we were) I cannot recommend them highly enough. I would have no hesitation using them for every future gym purchase I make.
Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a pilates mat for my wife's birthday. It was out of stock but Sarah upgraded my order at no extra cost. She kept me informed about the progress of my order and delivery. Fantastic customer service. And the mat is excellent.
Amazing customer service team
I am taking this opportunity to review as I have had nothing short of great service from BGE.
I recently purchased a Exigo 6ft punchbag and wall bracket. The items are great, I am very pleased with them even though I cannot fully review them at this stage as I have not put them up yet. I wanted to leave the review for the company and it's staff in particular.
Firstly, I saw a discount code for 10% on the site before I ordered. As I went though PayPal checkout, the payment automatically went through and I didn't get chance to add the code. One quick email and they immediately emailed me back and processed the refund for the difference. Great start already. That was a lovely lady named Kat Brown.
Secondly, a few days had gone by and I was awaiting a delivery confirmation email which I had yet to receive. Being as impatient as I am sometimes, I chased it up with BGE. I was back on to Kat who was chasing this up for me and keeping me up to date every step of the way.
After a couple of days, she emailed me back again to say the delivery should shortly be going ahead and I'd receive an email from the fulfilment team with a delivery ETA. Again, my impatience led me chase it up again after 24hrs. Kat informed me she would be going on leave for a long weekend and handed me over to Sarah Granger who was also just as helpful. Between the pair of them they chased up my delivery and I received my items a couple of days later.
I am very happy with how it all went. The one thing I'd like to see in future would be a little bit of a heads up sooner to save chasing up a delivery, but as far as customer service goes, they're right up there.
So, a big special thanks to Kat and Sarah for the efforts and putting up with me asking every 5 mins where my items were :)
I will definitely use BGE again and recommend the site to anyone looking for excellent customer service and top quality products

If you want to get scammed and be out of pocket, your in the right place.
I emailed Best Gym Equipment about an Exigo 3ft Punchbag bracket and kindly greeted with an email to say they had one left in stock. So i bought it.
3 weeks later i emailed to ask when i will expect to receive this item, of which had a reply to say its bespoke made and will take an addtional 4-6 weeks. Really i thought this was in stock? As it was for a christmas gift i asked for a refund. NOPE, NOPE, NOPE, you would have to pay a re-stocking fee.
I had no choice but to contact my bank who gave me the £97.16 back rather quickly whilst fighting it on my behalf. So i ordered elsewhere. The next day the Best Gym Equipment punchbag bracket arrives? I mean what happened to the 4 to 6 weeks i needed to wait? So i told them i wanted to send it back, as ive now ordered elsewhere. They wanted an addtional £28 for me to send it back. Eventually they agreed to pick it up using Fedex and did not charge me. The item was collected by Fedex and returned.
Last week my bank messaged me to say they have still not had a refund from Best Gym Equipment and took back my £97.16, suggesting i need to take it up as a legal matter, referencing trading standards.
Till this day i still do not have my money back and Best Gym Eqipment have their bracket back so im £97.16 out of pocket, AVOID AVOID AVOID.
After reply.
You are con artists. I have not had a refund. So putting this one here just tells me what liars you are. I won't rest till I get my refund. How you are trading is beyond me.
I have now had a refund finally. This was a week after this review was written.

Terrible Customer Service, Constant Issues!
Terrible customer service! Machine had issues, missing parts and took months to sort out which caused serious loss of business and is continuing to impact my income.
They are all friendly and can't do enough for you until they get the sale, and then they couldn't care less. I bought a Merrithew Reformer from Best Gym Equipment to open a bespoke Pilates Studio.
Instead of using another popular brand, I chose Best Gym Equipment because their customer service appeared to be great. The minute I purchased they went quiet and I had to follow up multiple times to get information on delivery.
Then my item was delivered by the rudest delivery men who basically shoved my item through the door, damaging my door, ripping the boxing and irritating local residents. I let this go and moved on.
However, from day one my item was faulty. It came with a threaded screw that needed to be replaced to be able to safely use the machine and launch my business.
Somehow that ended up being months of waiting for a single part with awful communication and little attempt at finding a solution. It cost my business grately, delayed my launch and lost me clients.
THEN, I'm finally able to start using the machine after months of waiting to find there's damage to the carriage of the machine! It still has wrapping on and is hardly used.
Again, the customer service is awful...Darren will do anything to pass the buck, is refusing to refund my item and is constantly passing blame onto the supplier. I would never purchase through Best Gym Equipment again. It's caused me no end of stress and drama since day one.
I purchased early October, it's now end of January and I still don't have a Reformer that can be used as it should and have no resolution!
All that's needed is a responsive retailer that can source spare parts and offer returns and refunds appropriately. Best Gym Equipment doesn't have the proper processes for these basic requirements! Unfortunately, this has cost my business.

Don't waste your time
Don't waste your time. I was lied to about stock availability, I was lied to about dispatch times, and I was lied to about following up a query. Honestly, it felt like they just wanted to take the money. AVOID.

Really good company. Richard from Sales provided some great advice to help make sure the reformer I wanted would fit in the space I have and was super responsive. Will buy from them again as highly trustworthy and knowledgeable about the products they sell.

I could have bought the same equipment from other outfits but Richard certainly made the difference and I will buy from Best Gym Equipment any day of the week, highly recommended. Thank you
