Visited the Jervis at branch today looking a for a gift for my very fussy son.
I was greated by Maria, beautifully presented young lady and was so attentive, and found the perfect items so quickly.

I came in in need of business casual attire which generally no idea of what to look for. The staff who helped me was polite and patient and made excellent suggestions without pushing stuff on me. He was also happy multiple times to change sizes to fit. 5 stars for service

Great Service
Great Service, I ordered online on a Sunday evening and collected the next day. Luckily I tried it on in store as it was too small and I could swap for the next size there and then! Very helpful staff!

The staff were so helpful with finding the right size jeans, they went above and beyond for us. When the jacket we wanted was out of stock they immediately ordered it online. It arrived 2 days later and the jacket came packaged so neatly & uncreased. I would highly recommend Best Menswear

Very prompt delivery. The jacket was too large and I brought it back to your store in Pavillions Swords where I exchanged it for smaller size. The whole experience was very easy.

Choose a sleeveless jacket (last one)…
Choose a sleeveless jacket (last one) with a very helpful guy. It felt too big when I got home. Ordered another smaller sized one online for delivery to Dundrum as I was returning the bigger sized one there. Got a call to say there was a delay in shipping because of bank holiday weekend . Got an option to collect one in Stillorgan which I did collect. Excellent customer service in Dundrum(have forgotten the name of the 2 guys I dealt with). Well done Bests in Dundrum.
