Choose a sleeveless jacket (last one) with a very helpful guy. It felt too big when I got home. Ordered another smaller sized one online for delivery to Dundrum as I was returning the bigger sized one there. Got a call to say there was a delay in shipping because of bank holiday weekend . Got an option to collect one in Stillorgan which I did collect. Excellent customer service in Dundrum(have forgotten the name of the 2 guys I dealt with). Well done Bests in Dundrum.

Bad experience!!…
Shop soiled shirt issued to me in the post creating yet another trip to Dundrum centre to give to staff.
This is the 2nd disappointment with Best having previously been sent to Liffey Valley to collect a shirt being the only store on line to have the particular shirt desired. Having ordered on line for pick up, travelling to the store in LIffey valley to find that staff could not find the shirt. It was a Tommy Hil shirt and one staff member proceeded to show me where the Tommy Hil shop was in Liffey Valley.
Customer service leaves alot to be desired.
The staff in Dundrum advised me they would try to get the shop soil from the shirt and get back to me. That is over 10 days ago.
Disappointment is an understatement. Regrettably me family do like merchandise of Best but I think they can shop for themselves in future with your department as I have had enough disappointment.
Staff in Dundrum superb and not their fault shirt was shop soiled, however, no follow up with regard to shop soiled shirt which was agreed. Staff in Liffey Valley just a disaster. Delivery service good

I’m very sorry to hear about the disappointment caused regarding the shirt you received and the inconvenience of having to return again to Dundrum Shopping Centre. I completely understand your frustration, particularly after your previous experience in Liffey Valley.
I can see that one of our customer service agents is currently in the process of investigating this further with the store regarding the shirt, and we will ensure an update is provided to you as soon as possible.

Excellent service at Swords Pavilions
Barbara at swords pavilion store was incredibly helpful. Her customer service skills were excellent and her knowledge and insights on suit fitting were brilliant. My experience of getting a suit was made so much easier, she ensured that I got exactly what I wanted and got the suit altered to fit me perfectly. 10/10 experience, thanks Barbara

Best menswear Liffey valley
I purchased a suit recently for collection.
I was greeted with an employee who couldn’t have been nicer.
Comedy and manners included.
Suit is very high quality for a very reasonable price 😁
