Absolute joke of a company...taking…

Absolute joke of a company...taking orders for goods they don't have then promise to send them out...after a week then just refunded the payment....AVOID AT ALL COST

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, however we would like to clarify that your order was fully refunded once it became clear the item was unavailable. We do not retain customer funds for products we cannot supply, and the refund was processed promptly.

While stock discrepancies are rare, they can occasionally occur due to supplier or inventory issues, and in such cases issuing a refund is the quickest and fairest resolution.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused, but we can confirm that you were not charged for any goods not supplied.

I ordered on 10th of August a Rhode…

I ordered on 10th of August a Rhode blush from Best of Beauty.
Since i got it I realised the packaging, the smell and texture were a bit off but didn’t have the original one to compare them . I only used it on my hand and the texture was really hard to blend.
Today I bought from Sephora an original one and made the difference between them and I realised the one from Best of Beauty was a fake one how I already thought. Disappointing for the price and what I received. Most probably is an Ali Express one but sold much more expensive as the original .

Its been 12 days since I ordered…

Its been 12 days since I ordered something from this shop. I have tried to email and call but no response. Strongly suspect this is a scam. Avoid.

Lovely product, speedy service

Bought a Laneige midnight minis lip balm set from this website. It was a gift for my daughter. She loved it so I’m very happy! Speedy delivery and packaged well

Selling fake Paula's Choice products

I bought PAULA'S CHOICE C15 Super Booster 20ml on 2nd July 2025 for £42. However, when I received the product I quickly realised it was a fake. I still had some PAULA'S CHOICE C15 Super Booster 20ml left (which I had bought from Paula's Choice directly) and not only was the packaging different but the serums inside the bottles were different. The real serum was orange and had a distinct scent, whereas the serum inside the fake bottle was clear with no scent.

I emailed the company, with photographs of the bottles and serum inside, and told them it was a fake. However, they just ignored me.
