Staff at Best Pool Supplies presented a very rewarding customer experience, being very professional in their support and eager to quickly sort out issues. On two separate occasions, personnel were very responsive in sorting out (1), an issue with the online payment system and (2), with delivery advice from the transport company.

Baracuda MX8 pool cleaner hose
I needed to replace my Baracuda MX8 pool hose as the olds ones had deteriorated. I ordered the original replacement product pool hose in a pack of 10.

My overall experience with Best Pool Supplies has been excellent, the staff were professional and friendly in resolving my many queries. as I was replacing a 15 year old pump, I was impressed that the manufacturer was also called in to assist- excellent team support.
