I’ve made around 6 orders with Bestvape and I’ve never had a problem. Shipping has always been quick, I’m in Texas. The 30+ disposables I’ve received have all worked. No complaints whatsoever and will continue to use Bestvape as my primary vape supplier!

Always got my order on time haven't had any problems until today it's saying delivery not available to your location so if someone can please reach out to me that would be great.

Wish I could give NO STARS. Ordered 5 vapes, I did my part and paid the money. One was delivered and it said all 5 were. Far from untrue.
I contacted them and they don’t reply and seem uninterested in helping their customers they rip off. Buyer beware
*UPDATE* as of 01/20/2026 I have gotten 4 responses from this company. None of which have been helpful and now they have COMPLETELY ghosted me. I have asked them for their llc name and their address to report them to the BBB. Literally took $100

Time is always of the essence, as is price. I was drawn to this web-vendor because of the 2-5 delivery (5 is long time for me, but I was hoping for something closer to 2-3) and reasonable pricing (not the best, but decent, given 2-5 day shipping). I ordered on the 12th and the package was delivered to UPS, after the close of business/shipping hours. That means it has not been "accepted" by UPS, so it will sit there until Monday the 17th. At that point, it will begin it's 2-5 day "promise." 5 days from that is the 21st. Sooo, 3-9 days is the actual time to receipt, NOT 2-5. If you search their shipping policy, they do mention 24-72 hours processing (picking up less than a pound of product and putting it in a box for UPS to pick up). Nevertheless, advertising 2-5 day shipping and leaving out the handling (unless you specifically search for it) is DECEPTIVE. It is not a lie, but it is deliberately deceptive. 24-72 hour handling is a LIE (or at least has been made so, in this circumstance). Waiting 2 days to send and then doing so after business hours, means that UPS is not yet the responsible party for my package (they have not accepted the package, so it is not yet 'theirs'). That makes the handling 5 days, not 2. I will not say I will never patronize this store, again; after all, it is not a question of whether or not a business is being deceptive, it is a matter of what they are being deceptive about. Nevertheless, I will continue looking into which businesses I can trust to get me product at a good price and prompt delivery. If I can find any vendor that can get me the products I need faster (and with more professionalism/integrity), even if a bit more expensively, they will be my choice.

Honestly was worried that it’s a scam.
Had to wait a little longer for the product
But it was delivered.
I found out that if the item is in stock it will ship next day. But what I ordered was a hard item to find.
I ordered the 5 pk box
Price was 30% cheaper and the product is good.
I would recommend to anyone who buys disposable vape

Ordered products on the 11th. Here it is the 19th. Still not sent.

Update:
I went ahead and gave these guys another shot, their site now lists the things that are Texas Only and I can actually purchase them and this time the shipping was insanely fast.
I give these guys the benefit of the doubt considering USPS logistics don't always make sense. I will continue to use these guys for my vape products because they're always out of stock at my local shops due to employees stock piling merchandise.
I would give these guys 10/10 if I could

I ordered two from best vape about a month ago and they came in 4 days. Good quality still in the original box.

The first time I ordered from BestVape my order wasn't even sent in the guaranteed time frame I would receive the order. Then when I received it, the order was wrong.

I thought I'd give it another chance. So, I placed another order. I received my package today and did not receive an Item I ordered.​

They say you can reach their customer service, but you get a voicemail. I have sent emails and filled out customer service forms to no avail.
