They have great options but terrible customer service and shipping. They hurried to create the label and now it’s just been sitting for the last week. It was supposed to be here Wednesday and still has not been handed over. I reached out and they lied and said it had already shipped so I sent them screenshot and of course now no response and it still hasn’t shipped. I will be contacting my bank Monday and requesting a refund.

I love their products. I've always gotten what I've ordered. Pricing is middling. There are cheaper out there. But there are more expensive too. What I forgot about when ordering this time is their ABSURDLY long shipping times. One could probably receive a package from China in a more timely fashion. Seriously. No joke. I ordered a few days ago. Got a shipping notice within 48 hours. I just looked at the ETA and its not until March 16. Its Feb 27th now. And I ordered around Feb 22.

I hate this thing. It hits super weird and completely distorts the flavors you can’t taste it the way it’s meant to be. It shoots juice in your mouth often. It’s harsh like a hookah and makes your lungs feel heavy. Worst refillable ever

First I want to start off by saying that the fact that you can actually call this store and speak with a live person... that means a lot!!!! I just placed my order...after speaking with customer service to assure that everything I wanted was in stock. The customer service rep that I spoke with, Chris, was absolutely amazing!! He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, very nice, and smart. He talks to you as if you're a friend instead of a customer. I got an amazing deal on my order and if my order gets here with no problem...this will be my new vape shop!!!

I tried this website before checking reviews and then I was concerned after reading reviews.

However I had a nice experience with them. They were cheaper than other websites for the vapes I order and some of my former vape shops online limited me on my vapes. I was able to get 2- 5pk's of the vape I like.

Overall a great experience but I will say, shipping can be slightly delayed. I believe what they do is they "schedule" a UPS or FEDEX pickup from their warehouse because they created the shipping label 1 day after ordering but my order didnt get picked up or started shipping until 1 week later.. Either they wait til they have enough orders to drop off or schedule a pick up. I want mention this rather than take one star off as it didnt bother me too much.

Never again will I order from this company! Their shipping time is absolutely ridiculous, it should not take 15 days to receive an order shipped on UPS not even the post office is that slow!!!

This review is based on SHIPPING only ,I placed my order on December 23rd it is now December 31st and my order finally shipped today, if you need something in a hurry don't order from here, 8 days just to ship my order ? I usually order from DASH VAPES and receive my order in about 8 days.

Worst service ever I still have not received my package and UPS has no record of it except that my pod printed out a label that was 9 days ago customer service says that they sent it and they have not. This is the second time I've had an issue with them and they charge you extra to guarantee your shipping safely ! what a joke a lot of money for nothing ordered 12/18 its now 12/27 Saturday. Doubtful it will arrive anytime soon. IT ISNT EVEN AT UPS THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT! CHECK FOR YOURSELF 1ZXJ3150A821451006!!!

I placed my order on Dec 1st. Their written policy states it takes 48-72 hrs to process and approx 2 weeks for delivery. It's now the 16th and I have a tracking number but there is no delivery date because it is still being processed. The vapes are good quality and the price is excellent but their shipping is terrible. It takes forever to get and seems longer with each order. When I emailed customer service because their website said it would arrive estimated at Jan 1st, they wrote back and simply provided me with the ups tracking number I already had. No apologies, no attempt to compensate for breaking their written policy, nothing. There is no option to pay extra for faster shipping. You may have to wait a month or longer for your order despite their written policy. That is false advertising and I will never order from them again. Don't let the prices fool you. It's not worth the risk of not getting your order. I placed my order yesterday for the same vapes from a different store and it's due to arrive Friday. That's 5 days processing and shipping. That's how it should be! There is no reason it should take that long when it is coming from AZ to FL.

You need to get your orders shipped out ASAP, instead you lie saying they are getting ready to ship and they aren't. I did get my order canceled, and this will be the last time from ordering from them. There are more reputable companies with free shipping.

I haven't even been able to buy anything... I went to checkout and when I entered my address it said cannot use that address as is, to edit it so I wrote it different and spelled road out, then put a . Beside Rd and nothing worked. So I emailed customer support and it's been like 6 days and haven't heard a peep from them. This company is terrible

Run away. Just like all the other reviews, a month to receive my order. What a piss-poor operation. Customer service could care less. Never again

Spent over $150 on vapes over two weeks ago. I waited thinking my vapes were on the way so I go to login to see if they have a tracking number or anything of that sort because the only email I got was just one after I purchased from them. I tried to log into my account and it wouldn’t let me to finally I went to that email and clicked on the link and it brought me to my account and that’s when I found out that they canceled my order supposedly because of fraudulent activity, but they have yet to give me my money back and they wasn’t gonna tell me otherwise they never sent me an email or nothing how he’d recommend that to use this site. Definitely a Rip Off the only good star reviews they got are probably mods that make them up.

Took 3 weeks to get a order and forget about customer service to even calm yourself down that things are good. First time ordering and they have a 800 number that says leave a message someone will call back 24 hours. I called 3 times and not once got a call back. So then I emailed and someone responded the next day and I told them I placed a order over a week and nothing was even done or looked at and they can just refund me and I'll order elsewhere bc I have ordered with other companies and my order was at least processed and sent out for shipping within a week. When they finally answered email they ignored my refund and said they are behind and will get to it. Next day said processed then waiting rocketship . Thats another company you can forget about. You cant even see where its at or what's going on. It took another week to get to rocketships main head place which is even further in shipping and took many days from there to start traveling on the other side of the country. I had no clue where it was and I was sleeping this morning and my phone blew up ringing non stop 3 times and it was rocketship lady when I opened my front door she was yelling at me to come down to street and get my package that shes allergic to cats and my cat was sitting on porch. Today marks 3 weeks exactly. Then I open my email and it was mi pod customer service with no apologies just said shipping can take 11 to 18 days once it leaves and now do i want my refund and they will stop the shipping process. This has been a terrible experience and very unprofessional especially being a first time customer. I have ordered with at least 10 other online companies and never one problem like these guys. If I could give zero stars I would.

NEVER AGAIN! It should be no way it takes over 30 days to receive your order especially what they charge for shipping. They use a company called Rocketship when it would have arrived a lot sooner just using 1st class mail. I can order vapes from China and they would still be delivered faster than this company based in Arizona

Spent a little over $130 before I read the reviews. So after I placed my order I was pretty stressed about it thinking I probably won’t get them. But they came 😀 earlier then I thought as well so I’m very pleased stressed over nothing lol. Thank you mipod! Don’t let these bad reviews fool you.

I have placed my third and last order with mipod. I have had the exact same issue each time. Here are the details:
I placed an order on August 23. Today, August 27, I received an email saying that my order is on the way. I checked the tracking number and the delivery is scheduled to arrive September 16. For context, I ordered two vape pens for a total price of $39.99. Their fixed price for shipping is always $16.99 (!). Why does it take 25 days to receive an order after paying such an exorbitant shipping amount? I literally just received an order of sterling silver cufflinks from Australia and it only took that company five days to get it to my home in the middle of the U.S. Mipod is based out of Arizona, USA.

Never the fastest shipper, but now the excuse for not getting my vapes 2 weeks after ordering is that the shipper wouldn't deliver vapes picked up between August 11 and August 15. It's August 26 and I got my refund today after 4 emails to the company. I'm done.
