betano.ca Opiniões

One of the better online casinos I find the RTP is quite fair we all know we can't win all the time, but what I can say is stellar is the customer service unlike most, these agents seem actually genuine and remorseful when something glitches and fast to respond as well which is nice no one is perfect but definitely one of the better casinos

One of my favourite places to play

I find the site very fair
Costumer service is prompt, knowledgeable and polite
This casino is my favourite by far and receiving non wagering bonus spins is a great treat
Awesome JOB

Great app, fast deposit and withdrawal

Always have the best experience with support and also playing the games on the site.. my highest win so far on there site was 5000 I think but always one of my go too sites. I have been an active player for 2 years now since I found them and I seem to win almost everytime I play on there site!!! Ohh and the site keep improving 😉...

I have been playing betano for a few months now and I have done quite well! Of course there are times where there is loss but that comes with all casinos! They have been very generous with free spins and their cash back rewards are amazing! The withdrawal process is very simple and comes quickly! I highly recommend betano to anyone looking for a casino with great rewards and game selection! The customer service is also very friendly and helpful. :)

I have been on this site for years.

In the last year they have not paid me 2 cashback ($100 each)

I am cashed out very quickly here, but it could be because I have been on the site for so long.

edit:

I had a blurb about not being paid a $300 tournament prize. The night after posting this, they credited it to me so I am removing that part to keep the review honest. I am still not happy about not being paid for the cashbacks.

It is frustrating to have to go to customer service and get the run around everytime to get them to honour their advertised promotions.

Very fast fun and customer service is excellent

exercising caution before using Betano. Based on my experience, I would not advise anyone to sign up.

After more than two years on the platform, I encountered repeated issues:

* Bonuses were not applied consistently, despite meeting all stated requirements. The system is described as “automatic,” but in practice, outcomes felt arbitrary and unclear.
* My account was restricted under “responsible gaming” despite passing their own eligibility questionnaire.
* The restriction lasted over four months—well beyond the stated three—without explanation or proper communication.
* Customer support was largely unresponsive during this period.
* On multiple occasions, winning bets were incorrectly settled as losses, requiring escalation and evidence before being corrected.

The overall experience was marked by a lack of transparency, inconsistent decision-making, and poor accountability.

For these reasons, I strongly urge others to think carefully before depositing money or relying on this platform.

Unequivocally positively FIXED. THIER spins are fixed and not randomly done. AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY

If you're serious about sports betting, avoid Betano at all cost! After a couple of days betting on sports (with a mix of wins and losses), they limited my max bet size to under $2 (truly laughable). Customer service made it sound like I was criminal (my bets were all between $100-$250, so nothing crazy) and basically said there was nothing that can be done. Hope they lose all their customers for these sketchy practices and move out of the Canadian market.

Betano has made withdraws so quick and easy.
Great promos.
Thanx,Betano

Bonuses?? What bonuses. You win a bit and then you win nothing until they get it back.same crap , every site is the same. Betano never lets you win!! So play as you please. Fixed like the rest of them

Not what I was expecting, these betting apps are extremely greedy

Best site around fast withdrawal great bonuses great support team.. and I play on a lot of sites online... Enjoy this platform

Great variety of games! Great Promo and Bonuses! Excellent customer service support!! Best Casino on Ontario Canada!!!

The site is easy to navigate even with all its offerings. Good spin bonuses and they are quick to reply when there's any issues. Fun site.. no your limit play within it.
