I’ve wagered close to $1,000,000 in the past 3 months playing Live Casino at Betano — and what do I get in return? Nothing. No bonuses. No VIP status. Not even decent customer service.

A few months ago, after wagering around $200,000, I was granted VIP status, which was later revoked without any explanation or notification. Since then, despite dramatically increasing my play, there has been zero recognition. No rewards, no loyalty perks, absolutely nothing.

Their only upside is fast withdrawals, but that too is limited to Interac, which caps at $10,000/day — and they don’t support crypto, which is standard at most serious platforms today.

To make things worse, their support team is useless. It’s just copy-paste responses with no real help. You’re basically shouting into a void.

Betano clearly doesn’t value loyal or high-stakes players. If you’re expecting bonuses, recognition, or any level of respect for your activity — look elsewhere. This casino is all take, no give.

Great site
Bonus

Very professional and they have a great website

Awesome casino platform. Lots of games, simple and smooth to navigate and once your payment method is verified payouts are instant.

Greedy system if you win and withdraw your winning dont dream again of any luck because they system will set all high difficulty on your account and will make you loss any winning you got so my advice if u manage to get anything don't come back because they will take triple what u won and more until ur next win .. also I was entitled for 200 spins friend promotion bounce and the proses spouse to be withn 24 hours and now its been 3days and nothing cs said they escalated the issue and inhave no idea what are they cooking with spins making so its impossible to win anything out of it or something or reset the cycle for some type of thing who knows why they don't wanna credited. I will upgrade review if anything changed

Good service fast n reliable

Betano is by far my favorite online casino! I have had my biggest wins with them, including 15 000 dollars that I won on Gates of Olympus! They also have a lot of promotions for active players. You can have at least one shot a day at winning, no matter what! But, hands down, this casino definitely gives me the most wins of all the casinos I am part of. Their customer service is pretty good too! I have a lot of stupid inquiries and they never get annoyed at me for messaging them lol (the date i entered is the date I won my 15 grand lol thanks Betano❤️)

Betano is a great casino lots of promos like there happy hours, and lots of other great promotions. Along with a huge selection of slots and a great live casino experience. Highly recommend Betano. Great customer service, great people!! 👍

I love Betano! Especially their happy hours every Tuesday, Weds and Thurs where I get free rewards 🧡 lol who doesn’t like free stiff

I am not a bot I am a real person and I am telling you please do not waste a penny on this casino. It was great for a while and then I don't know what happened if they got taken over by someone else but whatever happened they offer zero to loyal customers there are a ton of other online casinos that offer way better incentives to their loyal customers they'll give you their standard bullshit we care about how you feel lines which is all a bunch of crap they do nothing for you and trust me I've explained many times the disappointment and how they treat their customers and they don't give a shit they pretend they do but you'll see nothing! adios Betano! Do better for your loyal customers! BETTY CASINO #1 casino 100% satisfaction. They got it going on! I log on 2 times per day for my free offers! Love them!

I’ve been using Betano for a while and honestly, the recent experience has been incredibly frustrating. I contacted their support about sudden limits placed on my account, only to be met with a generic response after a so-called “internal review.” They told me the limits are permanent and can’t be changed — with no proper explanation or chance to appeal.

Here’s the real issue: if you’re continuously losing, they’ll let you play without a problem. But the moment you win a few games — three or four successful bets, in my case — they suddenly step in and limit your account. It feels extremely one-sided, as if the system is designed to punish winning players and reward only those who keep losing money. How is that fair or responsible?

I’ve followed all rules, verified my account, and maintained responsible behavior. Still, I’m treated like a threat the moment I win. There’s no transparency, no real justification — just copy-paste responses and a total lack of interest in resolving the issue. Support is polite but ultimately useless, repeating the same policy-driven script without listening to actual concerns.

If you’re thinking about joining Betano, be cautious. They don’t seem to mind if you’re losing money, but the second you start winning, they’re quick to shut you down. It’s not about responsible gaming — it’s about controlling outcomes in their favor.

Disappointed

Ok people, long story short: I won a nice little bonus, and didn't get halfway through it when it just disappeared. This experience is the WORST casino experience I have ever had bar none - it went from bad to worse to even worse - somehow, this whole thing was never resolved as of YET, and they have banned me from the casino for what I do not know, but frankly, you cannot get more shady than this casino. So, spend your money elsewhere, trust me on this one, they are not an honest company.

Absolute shit show in live betting.

Their system shows the number, you hit it then you get another number as your actual wager. Fuked me tonight on Rider@Penn. Took over 68.5 1st half, yet the confirmed wager was Over 70.5
STEER CLEAR OF BETANuS

This establishment has regrettably failed to uphold its referral promise. After providing a code that granted both the existing player and the new player a $50 bonus, I submitted my referral code via email. My friend received it, applied it correctly, and was awarded the $50. I was informed that it could take up to 48 hours for my bonus to be credited, so I patiently waited for over four days. Now, despite having emails that clearly align with the timing of the bonus issued solely to my friend, they claim that we never utilized the referral, which is a blatant falsehood. I was present during the process, and we were comparing this casino's offerings with others that had far superior referral incentives. The only reason we chose to remain with this casino was due to my recent $100 win, which was prominently displayed on my screen.

Betano has a history of being less than transparent regarding their deals and promotions. They are quick to present a narrative that diverges from what is actively promoted. For instance, they inquired if my friend was the third individual we had referred to their casino for the $50 bonus, a stipulation that was never mentioned until now, with the new policy suggesting that three referrals are necessary for any form of reward. Good luck to Betano Casino with their unrealistic expectations, as it is nearly impossible to find three new players, let alone one willing to invest their money in such a lackluster and ungrateful establishment.

I have requested the closure of my account, as I am weary of the constant runaround every time I engage in business with them. It is both frustrating and disheartening that they cannot honor straightforward agreements, especially given the ample evidence and time wasted in discussions with them, as if we had nothing better to do. I would rate them a 2 out of 10, as they offer minimal promotions and virtually no free spins, making for a rather uneventful experience. The ratings here seem to be a farce, as everyone I have encountered has faced similar issues regarding referrals and bonus collections with this casino.

Super fun site and great support, when I had an issue
