I make a deposit and lose at the casino. I'm making a deposit again. I win a small amount and the Restriction is applied. I provide the documents. After 12 hours, I request all the bank documents that exist, confirmation of the address, a photo with a bank card and much more. This is bullying. I don't want to waste a few days of my life to get my money back.

They had an offer available that I accepted, a 30% boost on a bet builder. I definitely clicked through the link, I’m very careful to do that. My bet won, but I did not get the bonus.

I opened a chat and was talking to Thomas. Although he seemed helpful, he just kept telling me that I had not accepted the offer. I know I did, as I’m careful, having been caught out before.

They wouldn’t budge, refused to look in to it further or honour their offer.

SCAM! Deposited and played £10 to take advantage of the welcome offer, once money has been used no welcome offer applied to my account, contacted them and they said that due to business discretion I wouldn’t be getting one. Joke company, also told me I received an email prior to depositing saying that I was exempt from any promotion, I have never seen this email after checking every folder in my email. Avoid this company they are scammers.

I used this platform but with my last experience I won't use it anymore... Last week I withdraw £200 on Friday with google pay which is related to my bank account I contacted them several times giving me some retrieve refferal number.. I called my bank they assure me they have never send the money.. It's 1 week after the withdrawal and they keep coming with the same story.. To call my bank.. I won't use them again...
