Gordon and sharon have been so professional dealing with tennant issues but also supporting on maintinace. After a recent health scare they really have made my experience a lot less stressful.

Gordon is the most straight forward guy I've come across. He did my entire refurb, found tenant, sorted out literally everything before I had even seen the property. Always available on the phone, clear communication, all of which is so rare to find in the species of builders! I wish this guy was in my area as I would trust him to renovate and manage properties in my city!

I've used Gordon to manage several of my properties and have been very happy with the service overall.
He found tenants quickly for all of my properties and got them rented out without any issues. Whenever maintenance or repairs were needed, he arranged them promptly and kept things moving.
As an overseas landlord, it's important to have someone reliable looking after your properties and Gordon has taken a lot of the stress out of the process. I would happily recommend his services to other landlords looking for property management and tenant find services.
