Joela was brilliant from start to finish! This was my first time remortgaging so I was unsure of the process, Joela took the time to sit with me as many times as I needed and explained clearly all my options and everything I needed to know. Quite simply, Joela has been amazing! She advised and supported us when we were looking to move. Her knowledge, experience and expertise shone from when we first met with her.

She did so much to sort out problems with HMRC, spending over an hour on the phone to contact them and find the information we needed.
