Once submitted Better Legal estimated 3-5 days for the state of CA to issue the paperwork. I had my full LLC papers back in 2 days. Everything was easy. This is highly recommended.

The Process was super fast and easy. They are really great at customer service. I received all of my documentation in less than 2 hours after they filed with my State. I had initially put the wrong business address and they were patient with me and had no problem with fixing it. There was really no hassle. My LLC is formed, I have my EIN, Registered Agent, Operating Agreement, etc.
