Better Legal was extemely easy to use in less than 10 minutes I had requested LLC, it was a holiday but on the next business day I had all the documents needed.

This process could not have been easier.

I did some research on 2 or 3 companies comparing pricing and what was performed and choose Better Legal. I reviewed Legal Zoom Biz Filings, Zen Business. Most reviews of the major companies showed Better legal was not the best choice but I felt they were after my own review of cost and services

There is no one available to take a phone call. They did not even send me a receipt for $599 for LLC creation the same day. It is so disappointing that they have a phone number but it just goes to an automated message.

Update 4/25/2022: Better legal reached out next day saying they had a technical glitch. I got the receitp. They also got my LLC created with EIN within 3-4 business days which is also the fastest. I updated my rating from 2star to 4star.

Got my LLC in 5 days. Reaching out to betterlegal was great they instantly contacted me back with information about my LLC and kept me updated throughout the 5 days.

Very thorough, asked all the right questions. Very quick, and kept me up to date through the whole process.

It was easy once I filled everything out. The only challenge is be prepared to go all the way through or if you use the back arrow or leave the page, you have to go through each step again.

BetterLegal made it very easy for me to register for my LLC. This is my first time registering for my buisiness. I went online to find out about how to go about things. I came across different providers online including BetterLegal.
From my comparison with all these providers, BetterLegal was the best of all. I did not have to fill different pages of questions. Their questions were so understable and easier to the point to answer. And to say, there were no hidden fees. What you see is what you will pay for. Other providers got hidden fees which they do not tell you until at the end of finishing your process with them.
The best thing is that, after I completed filling my forms, I was sent a confirmation email and after few hours my llc was approved by the state. I did not have to pay any express fees. My LLC was approved after 3 hours of completion.

I wasn’t sure where to start. A friend recommended that I take a look at better legal. When I looked them up their site walked me through what was needed. In the middle I had questions so I stopped and sent a chat msg. I received a response the next day as I sent it right before bed time. I was able to take the info and move forward and complete the paperwork. Better legal kept me updated on everything and notified me of a needed correction. After correcting the made sure I was updated each step of the way. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to start an LLC or Corp. they have the tools and the knowledge to get everything done and quickly.
