Jack the best advisor

Jack the advisor was calm and professional in tone and manner at all times. Jack went through questions again on request if needed and made sure I was happy to proceed . I wasn't going to change my policy at all in my mind but his friendly voice made me listen to what he had to say ..which in turn changed my mind. It did also help that I was on a day off. Keep what uour doing Jack stay calm and happy to help as you were with me .

It was great chatting to Jack and finding out more about my life insurance options. He gave clear and understandable wording and was very helpful.

The young man was extremely professional and with that emphany for customers so lacking in so many service companies.
He explained fully, with great patience ,the Policy information.
A great credit yo his company.

Very patient and clear

Very patient, clearly communicated and looked at lots of options for us. We held up the process for 6 months because of medical investigations and they were very supportive.
