The allergy chews have done wonders for my Morkie onyx! I was pulling my hair out trying to help him and finally I can rest my mind knowing he is not suffering anymore. I have had a problem with an order but usually your subscription is on time.

We both, dog and I have allergy reactions to pine, oak and dogly seems much better. Nose not dripping.

Better Wild truly helped my rottweiler with his stomach sensitivity and allergies. He no longer has as much discharge from his eyes and does not lick his paws nearly as much as in the past. The shipping is a bit odd. I order 2 packs monthly and yet they ship and arrive separately. A small price to pay I suppose.

I've been a customer for a period of time and honestly I have been very appreciative of their product and service. Each time I've needed assistance they were there immediately, so please give them a chance and I promise you you will not regret your decision. Aloha..

Everything i read is complaints about Betterwild and now i am reading and writing this to voice a complaint. Well it seems all are spot on, products are questionable and Service sucks, marketing is click bait and Integrity suks!!
i have sent many emails with now reply missing shipment, stated business was closed and could not deliver, they used to send DHL and the package always arrive, i am done cancelling sub, Salmon does the same thing as NOTBETTERWILD typical USA BS scams, we are so GULLABLE!!

Better Wild customer serve has been very responsive. My dog loves all the versions of Better Wild. The philosophy seems sound to me.
Quality is an important factor.
All in all, we and our pets are pleased!

My dog's digestive system has been messed up since taking these chews. And on top of that, she is still licking her feet the same as she did before. So I do not recommend these at all.

After 4 emails requesting a return I finally decided to write a bad review about their customer service. They said they didn't see my emails, right!! Finally received a refund but had to pay for postage back & a restocking fee.
2 days later I receive another package of the same product which I did NOT order. Have sent them 3 emails to date for this latest fiasco and again no response. this time I'm not paying for postage or a restocking fee & I'll go to AMEX to file a formal dispute. Poor customer service. Can't speak to the product because I never opened after reading ingredients.

Sometimes the chews are dried out. My pup still eats them but I worry about the freshness.

Not sure if it’s helping. Still scratching. Vet suggested fish oil so on that also.

My environmental allergy sensitive dog is experiencing fewer lesions and less redness on his belly, groin, and upper legs. He has been on cytopoint in the past but that’s too expensive. Medicated shampoo baths and constantly wiping him down after being outside is a hassle. We are just beginning the warmer season so we’ll see how it holds up in the grass growing season! My dog is a bully breed; Staffy x American bull dog.

Love this stuff, and my dog loves it too! Helped my pup finally stop licking and scratching, will be ordering over and over again.

I have two chihuahua mix dogs, ages 6 and 8. The older one licks her front paws much more than the younger one. Better Wild does help the younger dog, virtually stopping altogether. However, it doesn't seem to have helped the older dog. I'm convinced this licking has to do with the environment. The grass here in South Carolina is much different than where we lived in Illinois. They never licked their paws in IL.

I was giving my dog apoquel for his skin allergies & while that worked good, it was expensive & I was worried about side effects. I read about Better Wild Allergy chews & gave them a try. I believe they work better than the Rx & no side effects. I highly recommend this product.

My dog is doing much better and is much happier with Better Wild. He used to get itchy patches on his muzzle and groin and now they are fine.

Scam alert! The website tells you that these allergy chews take 2-4 weeks to work or up to 2 months. I bought 2 months worth of the chews as I’m desperate to help my insanely itchy dog. She liked the chews but they are basically treats. They had NO effect on her allergies. I wrote to the company and they asked me if I’d like to try the chews for longer. I declined as they are expensive and said I’d like a refund. They said I’m outside my 30 day guarantee. How can they only offer a 30 day money back guarantee when they, themselves, say it takes that long or longer to get results? Total frauds.
