Customer service was very responsive when I wanted a replacement for my order.

Took a while for the itch relief supplements to work but started seeing results after a few weeks. Glad I ordered them

Our dogs appetite improved. We've been giving her the probiotic supplements and can see a big improvement in her appetite and she seems to like the taste too.

Paid for product, never received said product. So I can't review product, but can review service which is not good. Will be reporting to BBB if product is not received by or a full refund by 3/30/26

You are sending me products I did not sign up for. Your product DOES NOT WORK! Please cancel any subscription I did not sign up for. No one will call you back and there is no phone number to call them..... I wonder why?

my dog suffers from itching from head to toe. I bought him this Aniwell product that is so promising and they do a good job in selling. I received the product and my dog will not eat it no matter how i try to give it to him. I requested a refund and i wasn't aware of their return policy "return unopened and unused" within 30 days. This is unfair. how are we to know if the pet will like or not if he doesn't try it? I DO NOT RECOMMEND

It took a while to start seeing results for the probiotic formula but my Yorkshire Terriers eating habits have definitely improved and she really likes them too.

I did not order product, tried to cancel charge.
unable to contact company and feel violated due to company had my OLD card number and is charging to my card. Unable to get to person in company to help me.
had to lock card.

I I received a product that I paid good money for that was open inside the packing and spilled out all over the interior of the package. What kind of company is this supposed to be the itch formula? Relief promotes healthy skin and the container was open with the protective aluminum seal broken like someone had already been in there using it and it was sent out after being returned. what a horrible first experience for something you order for your pet.

My dogs got sick

I bought 2 bottles of Antiwell for my dog after she was deathly ill from dog food. She did not want it I finally got her to eat it and she is puking it back up. So between the food and these high quality chewys she is very sick. I had to take her to the vet! She has an infection in her stomach track and stomach. so to say the least she is very sick! It makes me angry that this stuff is designed to hurt your dog ,to take them to the vet! Sickening!My tea cup Boston terrier is an expensive dog and so sweet and energetic! Not now she stays in bed period! So thanks for $50.00 dollars of garbage to hurt my baby! God bless you! Praying my Lilly gets well soon! A refund I am sure is outta the question! lol

We’ve been getting the allergy chews for our dog and it’s been working very well. His skin is much better and no more allergies.

The products from this brand are awesome! They have noticeably improved my dachshund's overall health, and he loves his chews, making it easy to give him the supplement. I will definitely try more from this brand.
