Decent website but waiting on withdrawal to give overall review

I placed £80 on slots and have withdrawn 301.55 euros or so , so I’m waiting on how long the withdrawal process is and we’ll then give an added review. Based on the comments I don’t have high hopes but I will update you guys. Regarding the games , game selection is very good and everything worked in order. I win 2400 € and after I try withdraw couple times they cut my win to 500€. And send me the email that it's because I win everything from bonus moneyand win from bonus money is capped to 500€. But bonus money has been wagered long ago before I win. And after I complain they send me info that even if you wagered cap of 500€ is still on. And i didnt play 5€ bets. So now I'm in minus 1900€. This guys do everything to keep your money. Wish to never find this casino. I hope this review will help others to not trust this casino. Don't see even point to argue with them.

Bonus Funds Disappeared

What once seemed to be a fantastic online casino, has quickly become a bit of a disappointment for me.
After not playing the new format until last week, I realised I had received a very welcome, fantastic bonus of €100 - with a 1x wagering requirement. The wagering was achieved and began the process of attempting to withdraw funds, for some reason unbeknown to myself & the online chat host, I was unable to do so.
Whilst awaiting the all important email as to when/how I could eventually withdraw, I continued my luck and got the funds up to €525 approx. This is where the situation became abit suss.
All of a sudden all my funds were wiped leaving €2.65.
Since last Thursday a.m, I have attempted via the online chat & several emails to find the reason why this happened, and when the funds will be reinstated - still no answer.
The online chat guys seem to have been helpful and apologetic, explaining the reason may be down to the game provider. But as for the email replies, these have been extremely dissatisfying responses. Just seems to be a generic reply stating “no updates as yet”.

As stated at the start of this, I have enjoyed the former website and had a fairly good experience, but the latest episode has left me to feel very disappointed.

I realise it was bonus funds & not my own money, but they’ve had their fair share off me 😂.

This has never happened to me before & I play a fair bit of online slots via several sites. Has this happened to anyone else? If so what was the outcome?

Hopefully it gets sorted and I receive my funds, but I would appreciate a bit more communication regarding the incident with an explanation.

As a UK-based player, I strongly caution others against using Betti1.com (operated by Sefiarray B.V., Curaçao). The site is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, and I experienced multiple red flags.

Deposits were processed under unrelated merchant names, which appeared to be a deliberate attempt to disguise gambling transactions — potentially bypassing UK restrictions such as the ban on credit card use for gambling.
