This is 2 star at best based on current experience as of 4/12/2026 ordered got a generic email saying they got my order and would get another email with tracking information, got no further tracking email did however get a spam email for soda of the month club 2 days later which is when I would have expected my tracking information to have arrrived in my email. It has only been 2 days with expected ship time of 7-10 business days based on other purchases and direct timely feedback from other companies I do not trust this company based on business practices.
I only ordered through them as they had a regional soda sundrop that they were offering in glass bottles I can find the soda other places just not in the glass bottles that I prefer. Based on this order experience I will not order again even if they deliver the correct product within 10 days. The real question is do I actually get my product or do I have to report fraud and go through a bunch of BS to get my money back. Which is why I trust 0 online stores they are geared to steal and not provide products. Support local in person stores to have future good shopping experiences unlike continued bad online theft service.

ZERO STARS. I bought their root beer sampler through cratejoy for my husband for Father’s day and it was terrible. They claim you will receive new unique root beers each month crafted from around the country. Each box has 3 different brands, 2 of each one. Each box is $45. So just to be clear you are paying $45 for 6 “specialty sodas”. The first box had 2 brands we can get at Menards and Walmart and the third was a new one he had never tried. The second box comes and it has 2 of the same sodas as the first month and 1 new one. $7 per bottle of soda and they send 2 of the SAME SODAS. Not only is it super disappointing for my husband because he was actually excited because he loves root beer, but also because the company is not delivering what it says. I contacted cratejoy and it took a month to cancel and refund me because beverages direct would not respond to cratejoy about the problem. Just completely ridiculous. Terrible experience and INSANE pricing for what they are delivering.
