Beyond Words Opiniões

I bought a photobook from Beyond Words which initially said in its description that it was signed by the photographer. Turns out they didn't have a signed copy left so they messaged me to ask if I still wanted the book or a refund. I really appreciated them reaching out and for being honest and as I like to support small businesses I accepted the order and was very happy with their customer service and the book itself. I would definitely recommend this bookshop and I would imagine I'll be shopping there again.

Beyond Words continues to give a trustworthy service that offers value for money. Of course I’ll continue to use them.

Dear Neil,

I have just received my copy of Small Things in Silence by Masao Yamamoto! I am writing this review as I was so please with my experience ordering from Beyond Words.

If anyone is looking for somewhere to purchase photography books this is the place! I found Beyond Words via Instagram & was very impressed with their range of books. After ordering via their website I quickly received an email thanking me for my order & stating that it had been dispatched. My order arrived very quickly and it was packaged really really well. I've ordered many photographic books and Beyond Words definitely takes the most care.

Once again, thank you & I look forward to purchasing from you again in the future!

Best,
Maximilian

Beyond Words is the shop I turn to for photography books. The range of titles is broad and covers every genre I'm interested in, from photographers old and new, current and past. Neil is always accessible and deals with any issues (such as postal delays etc) with perfect good manners and patience. I only wish I had a bigger bookshelf to accommodate more purchases which are often discounted to some extent. The delivery packaging is excellent and not the typical over sized cartons from Amazon. Highly recommended retailer.

Absolutely delighted with my purchase, thank you. Very quick delivery and it was exactly as described…hopefully lots more transactions to come!

Always brilliant. Highly recommended.

Beyond Words replied very quickly to my order. The process was very simple. I am still waiting to receive my order because the book is only due out in a few weeks but I feel confident that all will go well. I have received books from them in the past and have always been very happy with their service. David Connolly.

Great being able to buy my photography books from a helpful and knowledgeable seller. Great range.
