only lies
only lies. a big headline says: if you order by 3 p.m. you get delivery the same day. lack of communication. call them and get a dry answer: I'll call you back. I called 3 times and got the same answer. finally, after 1 week, the package managed to arrive... I do not recommend it and I will not use it again

Order never turned up when it was…
Order never turned up when it was supposed to, so I couldn't do the job I needed to buy the time I needed now left with a useless order I can't use package not opened now resides in rear of shed. Very disappointed

Should have gone else where.
I ordered the 6 pack of black shrink wrap but recieved the clear one which I already have and don't need. I desperately needed the black one which is why I ordered from this website because they had the best offer, but seeing as I was sent the wrong item and will now have to contact the office in order to get the issue corrected... I wish I had gone to another provider who will get the order right first time.
Also, after order the shrink wrap, I wasn't emailed an invoice which was a red flag for me to begin with. The only proof of purchase I have is my PayPal notification which isn't very good for a legit business.

Received wrong packaging tape
Received wrong packaging tape.
Contacted customer support. Waiting to hear back. They're closed for long Easter weekend. Hopefully we will get a replacement sent out asap.
Update : the vendor took a couple of days to dispatch the replacement and the tape arrived the day after we moved house. Inspite of explaining the urgency for the replacement. We had to buy tape to be able to pack and move house. They didn't even bother to express deliver an item that they botched up.
