An absolute scam
An absolute scam. Arbitrary rules that are unclear and a draconian cancellation process. My small business insurance required an audit - they notified me and less than 30 days after notification said I did not respond and literally sent me to collections. I resolved it, assuming that maybe I had actually done something wrong. Next thing I know, they are auto-billing me for literally thousands on a policy that was quoted at $1740 annually (The charges were almost five times that monthly) so I submitted a cancellation. No human intervention, just a string of emails with arbitrary deadlines that 'if I did not submit' the required information would cancel my cancellation request. I finally received notice of my cancellation only to see that they auto-debited my bank the full, original quote for the annual bill, despite my being less than 60 days out from renewal.
I genuinely think that insurance companies are unregulated parasites that contribute more to inflation than most any other sectors in our economy. Every segment of the insurance industry is sucking money from the American wallet. At this point I'd be better off risking a lawsuit settlement than paying for their sham protection.

I called this company and was on hold for 20 minutes. when someone finally came on the line all they did was ask me a bunch of questions and couldn't help me. Repeat this step three more times with three more reps and still no help. They're customer service is a complete joke and they do not care at all. they are more interested in selling you a new product then trying to fix the old one. what a joke customer service has become in the US. Fleece the people and then don't service them!!!!!!!
