Comparing to other travel agents, Bicton Travel is very average . Nothing outstanding.

Booking with an ATAS accredited agent means you’re in safe hands and can travel with confidence. Further details about ATAS accreditation and what this mean can be found HERE In 2016 Carole Smethurst was inducted into the CLIA Cruise Hall of Fame for her service to the cruise industry. I have recently booked 2 trips with…

I have recently booked 2 trips with Matt Clements, 1 to Europe including a cruise to Iceland & Ireland and just recently a trip to Canada. Bth trips were in the last 8 weeks! Matt was an amazing help with getting help with our hotel in London due to renovations that we were not aware of. Thank you Matt. I have booked multiple cruises over many years with Bicton Travel and referred many friends and relatives.

Our recent holiday included a coach…

Our recent holiday included a coach tour of Canada and a cruise along the north east coast of USA . Both experiences were excellent !! Our accommodation was very good and the attention to detail...airline arrival times + departures... free time allowances factored in... transfers.... addition tours ( if desired) arranged without fuss.... certainly made for an enjoyable experience. No hassles makes a BIG difference!!!
