A Total Waste of Time!!
I went on line and found the item I wanted. I had 4 bar stools and one was damaged. I found the exact bar stool and was excited it was available at Bigbigmart. Three days later I received an email that it was not available. Why does their website show 5 available but then after I ordered they are "out of stock".
Get your stuff together instead of inconveniencing me!!! I had to start all over to find the item.

Scam?
AVOID. A week after my order I was told the item was not in stock. Why was the website not up to date in the first place, and why did it take a week to tell me they would not be able to fulfill my order?
At best this website is a waste of time, at worst they are up to something shady. I do not recommend Bigbigmart.

Scam
I placed an order for an item that listed there were 5 in stock. I got a confirmation email with an order number however, nearly a week later I received a message saying the order had been canceled due to a lack of inventory. Don’t expect anything ordered from the site to actually be delivered or followed through on.

My purchase was lost in shipping and was immediately reshipped so I ended up with only a couple of days longer wait and I was kept in the loop as to what was happening. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend this company.
