Fun and informative
Sam and Pam were great! Saw all of the “must see” sights and Sam was full of great information about Chicago history. I’d recommend going as early in the day as possible as the bus really filled up later in the afternoon. Great experience overall!

Paid $72 for a bus ride around the city. That's all it was. The commentary about Chicago was not worth the cost of the tour bus. Do not recommend this tour.

My experience in the big bus
This was the first time I used the bus and the experience was not so satisfiying. I took the bus at 5pm and only stoped at 5 stops,the traffic was terrible. My advice would be to take it early in the morning. For me $144 dollar for 40 minuts wasn't worth it.

We were fortunate enough to have Rich as our guide and Eddie as our driver. Enjoyed it enough that we went on it twice back to back. That was our biggest amazement, Rich had such a vast knowledge that there was still more facts that he shared on the second trip. Only one regret was that we could not go on it a third time.

Excellent overall tour of the heart of the city! Great commentator who was very knowledgeable. I learned so much! I have been living here for several months and figured this was a good option for my in laws when they visited. They LOVED it!

We had the BEST time
We had the BEST time! We are from East TN and had just been to our Sons Great Lakes Navy Graduation. We were sad too say goodbye again & going on this tour of Chicago was EVERYTHING we needed! Great informed hosts & really such a fun fun ride.

Comedian driver was great!
We had two drivers, since we got off the bus at one point and then back on. I am sorry I don't know their names, but they were both good. The second one, especially, was so funny he had us laughing the whole time. It was fun! Thanks!

Our experience was very pleasant
Our experience was very pleasant. I had forgotten to bring the printed copy of our tickets. The agent at the Willis Tower stop that morning took my receipt # and managed to get our tickets on line. He was very helpful. I also enjoyed the commentary of the tour guide. In all a very enjoyable experience.

Tourists delight
Tourists delight. Eliminated a bunch of walking and/or very expensive parking. Had several different guides over two days, and got different perspectives and opinions that made for more interesting tourism.
