I bought the program and it activated. However, when i went to pay for a state e-file it would not work and I learned that the activation had been cancelled by Big Home and sold to others.
Avoid them.

Don't panic if you get a canceled license key when you try to e-file. Don't loose hope even after TT support tells you BHT is not a certified seller. You may be skeptical about BHT Support thru text, but it eventually WORKS. I was able to update my software with the new key BHT Support provided and finally was able to complete my state e-filing. Now that I now how it works I probably buy from BHT again.

Easy to use, intuitive web-site, Fast delivery and great, fast support. Saved $$ as opposed to Amazon!!

I purchased a TurboTax Premier license code, verified that it works (I could activate the desktop app) but later I found that the this license is cancelled (Error code 605). So I couldn't file my tax return.

Update: I contacted their support (sent a text message) and got another license that worked. I filed my return after all.

I was skeptical when I found this site. Guess it's normal in this age, however I continued and purchased Turbo Tax from them.
I was pleased to find out everything was as stated. the download and install was no problem.

Intuit's Error Code 605 typically indicates an issue with the license code used to activate TurboTax software. No one replied to my texts or emails

This company is a scammer. They provided me with an activation code registered to someone else. This was verified with TT customer service. Buyer beware!

When I first saw this company providing TurboTax software much cheaper than Costco Sam’s or BJ, I thought this is scam. But after I purchased the software from their website, and installed it into my laptop and activated to use it, the whole process is very smooth. Now I have completed filing my federal and state taxes. I am super happy that big home tax provided the good product with the cheapest price I can find for TurboTax home and business software. I will definitely recommend it to anyone I know.

Activation code worked at first but was then deactivated and is an invalid code. The company will do nothing about it and ignores requests for help. THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS!

STAY AWAY!!!! I bought a product and it is NOT a registered company to sale. I asked for a refund and they said it would be reimbursed. I DO NOT HEAR anything now from them.

Scammers. Don't buy! Product code was invalid and they wouldn't replace. Got no answer from text and no phone number to call. Had bought prior year which worked initially. After current year didn't work I tried to open prior year and couldn't. Same problem with useless activation code. They churn codes and cheat people. Sometimes you get lucky. BBB could do nothing.
