I placed 2 orders my company address was correct but not the postcode, so DPD dumped off the parcels somewhere else
I called Big Red, and they said not our problem, you had the wrong postcode, so it's your problem, not ours, I asked what about my deliveries they said they lost, that's your problem, even though the address was correct, who does DPD employ speedy Gonzales's, Big red staff need a lesson in customer service, disappointing.

I have ordered several items from this company. Always competitive on price and always a fantastic service with fast despatch/delivery.

Requested a VAT invoice for my first order and the company never provided one. Called them on the phone, requested again and I was advised to re-send an e-mail with my business details but got no response at all. Decided to give them another chance ordering again only to have the very same experience. Same story on the phone, followed by emails only to be completely ignored.

I'm escalating this case to Financial Ombudsman and the HMRC.

I ordered a couple of wrenches and the prices were competitive, delivered so quickly, well packaged and tools are great. Definitely recommended from my experience

Excellent service and exceptionally understanding staff, helped me return a product and arranged everything with no fuss. Return was my issue and they were very understanding to my situation. Prices are the best online and they are an offical Milwaukee distributor.

I will be ordering from these excellent chaps very soon. They even have a phone number you can call for advice before you order. Absolutely great all round.

Delivered on time and was as ordered .I will be using them for my next purchase as they were also cheaper than anybody else Haven't had to use cust service but after reading the other reviews wonder if they reviewd the wrong company like i nearly did

Twice over a couple of years I have tried to order something from them and it's never arrived.
Contacted them via their website where they seemed to be helpful at first but nearly two weeks later, still not follow up and no sign of my order. Shocking!

Really happy with this company. I had to get in touch with for a mistake I had made on an order and they got back in touch quickly and sorted everything out in a professional way. I am happy to recommend this company.

It was my first purchase from Bigred Powertools and I must admit I was somewhat apprehensive about placing an order after reading some of the negative reviews. What I can say is, my experience was extremely positive, I received exactly what I’d ordered, in excellent condition and delivered next day. I had reason to contact the store directly by phone and found them to be extremely helpful, professional and friendly. So for me, it’s credit where credit is due and I would certainly buy from this company again and recommend them to my friends. 5⭐️

The negative reviews say it all. Do not ignore them. I ordered a couple of impact wrenches and a few tools to go with them. Took free 2-3 day shipping, expecting them by the weekend, Monday at the latest. Monday I get a phone call from bigredpowertools to say dpd were returning my package to them. No explanation, no tracking number, nothing. I was assured that once my items were received, they’d be sent straight back out. I contacted dpd who advised me no parcel had been collected for my address within the last 14-days. From anywhere. I called bigredpowertools for an explanation, this time the guy on the phone let slip that dpd had never been booked for my order… A much more likely explanation. I asked them to cancel my order and ordered my tools from a different supplier, which actually arrived next day from much further away that bigredpowertools would’ve been sending them from.

Took another email and a few more days before I had confirmation that my order was being cancelled and another couple of days before they processed the refund and a few more days after that before the money appeared in my account. Shoddy service and lies seem to be the best they can offer. There is no way I shall ever be ordering from bigredpowertools again. I strongly recommend you give them a wide birth too.

Would not refund or resend undelivered goods for over a month, just wanted to blame THEIR courier. Only refunded after paypal got involved, cheap on some stuff, I really wouldn’t bother.

Poor customer. They look at you like you come to Rob them, so you force to buy. If you got warranty on a milwaukee you have to keep ringing them. They had no clue what was going on. Still haven't got my tool back from warranty over 8 month. I just bought a new one from powertoolmate. Cheap!!!

No customer care at all. Tool became faulty after three weeks. They tried to push me to warranty rather than take responsibility.

Amazing I'm ordered Friday afternoon 2 o'clock and Saturday midday was already got it it's unbelievable this is 5 star seller

ordered radio, received grinder. now I have to take this back to dad and wait for them to receive back. I requested refund instead.

The first notice I got of the item I ordered and paid for wasn't turning up was when it didn't arrive, I ordered a torch and battery, they sent the battery, no torch. This company were happy to take my order and my money for stock they didn't have, and at no point did they contact me to advise me they had no stock and it was on back order, I have had to contact them and cancel this order and buy from another supplier who actually has stock, not the promise of stock maybe in the future.

Always had a good experience with these guys.......some of the best prices on the internet and prompt delivery. This year alone I've spent thousands.....I just wish they had a loyalty program!
