Got a Milwaukee impact gun and in the first week the bit holder broke, customer service is terrible as they take far too long to respond. offered no compensation for not being able to do my job without this tool.

Very disappointed won’t be shopping here again.

I bought metal shears from this company and unfortunately the shears were not fit for my job but after contacting them they had organised to get the shears returned and refunded me my money fairly quickly so cant knock them. Trustworthy decent guys

First time ordered rafter square from them, supposed to deliver in 3-5 days, but after 3 weeks when I contacted to them they said they don't have in stock and even didn't bothered to inform about that in the beginning. Second time gave another shot, ordered Milwaukee circular saw with 12ah and they sent to me Milwaukee jigsaw (bare unit) .When I contacted them they didn't took responsibility, been told that they sent correct item... On a card box it says 12.6KG (Real weight of circular saw and battery+case) but on the DPD label says 3kg.Obvious mistake by them but they are not taking responsibility for that. Worst company I ever dealt with.

My experience with this company is 10/10 purchase a tool and next day in the morning my tool was in my door.everything comes how should be thank u.hope to buy from them on the near future.

Ordered some tools and paid extra for next day delivery. Took 48 hours to get the tools, complained and was told it was only Mon-Fri. Nowhere on their site did it say this, but they still took the payment. I asked for a refund and was told.... 'we will not be issuing any refund for carriage'.
The last time I order from them and will be letting other trades I know not to bother either.

Ordered an item which turned out was out of stock. Got in contact with customer support after 14 days and their service was excellent. Unfortunately stock was not expected for a couple of months so I opted for a refund and it came through immediately. Shame I didn't get my product, but I was happy with the support I received and I would order from here again.

I've ordered a number of tools off of these guys over the past 12 months and had nothing but great service each and every time. They were even helpful enough to point me in the right direction when I've had issues registering my tools with Milwaukee. Definitely will be buying from them again

Have placed a few orders and never had any issues.

Items in stock and delivered faster than expected.

Did have one outstanding item from a previous order but was my issue as did not notice the eta date listed. When I phoned to check was informed of the eta date and given the option to remain on order or cancel.

Excellent customer service!

I placed an order well over a month ago, I got promised that it would be here on 18 august which I then took a day off for, the staff at this company couldn’t be bothered to inform me that they didn’t have the stock, it seems to me that this company has no stock and is trying to sell things they don’t have to then give you no information/as little as possible so you forget about your order. When you try to phone their costumer service number I was greeted by a very sarcastic and extremely unhelpful colleague who refused to give his name and offered no resolution to this issue. When I asked about speaking to a more experienced manager I then got told no one was in the store which would suggest why no one is helpful/rude down the phone. Avoid this company at all cost!!!!!!

As the 80% have said here, rude staff, diabolical customer service, cancelled order, staff have no manners and received no apology. Open PayPal dispute as they still haven't refunded me and oh yes.... You'll get no updates regarding anything for orders, cancellations, refund etc, poor communication. Don't buy from these cowboys

Terrible customer service, sent me a damaged level,that's was also bent, email several times no response, never use again shame as my power tool are Milwaukee

Ordered Tuesday received within 48 hours. Goods as described fast reliable service will use again.

Ordered a new cordless router needed to use it the next day (Saturday) . Turned up on time but made the mistake of not opening it until I got home, big mistake, no charger in the box. Bought one locally next morning, rang them Monday morning and I could tell straight away he wasn’t interested “I’ll ring you back after I investigate”, never heard from them again, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

Scamers.. Never recive anything from them!!!
