Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Paid for a part, more than 6 weeks later still not arrived. Answer emails when it suits them. Still waiting for a refund. Complete and utter waste of time. I can’t emphasise enough how bad this company is!

Paid for parts haven't heard from them. This company is hard to reach and they don't reply to my emails.
No parts, but a no-argument refund.
I ordered a part that their site indicated was 3-5 working days for shipping - a month later, nothing.
I then read all the negative reviews and figured I'd just have to write it off.
Contacted them via email and got an immediate response, and when it was clear they couldn't get the part, I asked for a refund and the money was back in my account 5 working days later, no argument.
The inability to supply the part was disappointing, but no complaints about the response time or the refund once I told them I had an issue.

In this time of negative sentiment with the Covid thing (July 20200) I orderd a part on Wednesday, I made a Credit Card error and corrected it on Friday after they let me know.
The Part arrived the following Tuesday, it was belt for a 25 year old clothes dryer, The belt was a bit shorter than the original and made of better material.
I put it in hot water (80 Celcius) and streched it a bit to fit. It works perfectly and looks to be better than the original. Quite happy with it. It is very difficult to get any spares for obsolete appliances, gratefull for their effort and I was quite shocked by the amount of negative commentry here. This is not a fake review, and it relates only to my experiance.

I have been waiting for more than a month for my part. Money has been taken, according to account it should have been 3-7 working days. I have sent NUMEROUS EMAILS, as you are unable to phone them and they do not even bother to answer. I am very frustrated and i will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

**WARNING** Avoid wasting money & time with Big Warehouse Spares
Order 396956 Ticket 43900. Required a replacement Main PCB for my Samsung Fridge/Freezer with an ice dispenser. Initial dealings were faultless, the new part arrived within a week and I was kept updated throughout the delivery process. Unfortunately that's where it all ends..... The part supplied is not for a fridge/Freezer with a built in ice dispenser there is a missing relay on the new board that operates the dispenser door flap. Without this the flap remains open causing the freezer temp to raise and ice up. Contacted Big Warehouse and dealt with Byron then Sarra, sent photos to which they acknowledged by email that they could clearly see the issue between the two PCB's and I was supplied the incorrect part for that model. They would contact their supplier and arrange correct part and get back to me ASAP. 2 weeks later, multiple emails and no response. Seems very common approach from Big Warehouse :(

Shocking service. Reporting as fraud
Ordered parts for washing machine 4 weeks ago. Was told part no longer available AFTER they took my money. 2 more weeks of chasing emails in circle for cancel order and refund. Now 1 month after order, still no parts and no refund.
Reporting this as fraud to bank and ACCC.

The communication with the company was very good. They offered all their help, contacting Australia Post re: the missing parcel. I dealt with a very helpful staff. I strongly recommend to use this company.

TERRIBLE!!!! Avoid like the Plauge.. I should have found these reviews first before buying. Bad communication from the start. Big delay in processing and shipping my order and when they finally did they used... FASTWAY couriers.. a quick Google will tell you how bad that company is. So 4 weeks in and I still have not received my "in stock" parts, since had to buy a new washing machine and according to the fine print, will not get a refund on the order as I didn't select shipping insurance. Do not use Big Wharehouse Spares...
