Ended up paying double for my order (37,80 EUR paid to Bik3d then a week later got an invitation to pay 34,81 EUR additional customs charges and taxes or my parcel) before I was able to receive my order.

Excellent product
Delivery was pretty fast and product works as advertised. Very sturdy and well made, makes driving more enjoyable all my shifts register unlike before installing the magnets.

Size Consideration
It worked out great, but you should state that your product, because of the larger size of the container for the tracker, does not fit on the saddle rails of all bicycle seats. It did fit under a Books saddle I have.

To clarify and for the record:
I can confirm we have had email communication from you regarding taxes and our response to you was within 30 minutes from receiving yours, I’m not sure what more we could have done?
Your invoice is generated upon purchase and if you need a new one we are happy to email one over to you however you need to make contact with us and ask for it - checking our emails I can’t see an email from yourself asking for one.
With regards to importation taxes, as stated in our terms taxes and tariffs are not our responsibility, sadly they are part of modern day trading across countries around the world.

I bought Chipolo Pop under-saddle holders. 2 pcs.
Those fir perfectly under our ebike's saddles.
Not the easiest to install but it would be hard to remove in case of bike stolen.
