Didn't even get as far as a free trial
Didn't even get as far as a free trial. The "free" trial code left a balance of 5p on the monthly payment option, and is not even offered if you wanted to sign up for a year. I questioned the 5p charge first via "chat" and then via a support ticket, as free should be free, and 36 hours later, I had not had any reply or acknowledgement of my request. If this is the service I get before even signing up, I'd hate to think how the after-sales support would be.

Following the reply:
Live chat was not answered. I waited for over 20 minutes before coming away from the page.
24 hours response on a sales enquiry is I would say unheard of. New sales are where companies jump on to try and win new prosects over.
I was not in a wrong or a right control panel. I created an account in cp Cloud Hosting and used the support function and chose sales. Nothing to do with StackCP. I specifically was looking for the reseller option and also quoted the premier cloud reseller code.
A small balance appearing is not free. Your page says free.
The trial code does not mention only on monthly. Below is a copy of what is shown when selecting annual.

When I am in the basket, I do not see FAQ. I see a charge. I also see SHOP | BASKET | CHECKOUT | COMPLETE, and at the bottom of the screen Powered by Upmind. No other menu options, no FAQ, nothing on the page to explain a charge on something that is stated as free.
I created a support ticket, as explained already, to sales. This was after not receiving a reply on live chat previously.
Your arguments are not based on any real world experience of the sales process and the visit to your website. Your assertion that I was in the wrong control panel is odd at best, and your theory that I was somehow referring to a different product is bizarre.
I stand by my review, and my experience, and I have given only facts.
**Final update **
1. Your live chat offers an email box after initiating chat. As it says "We typically respond in a few minutes" I waited over 20 minutes, before entering my email address, expecting that a reply would come to my email. Not an unreasonable assumption if I have been asked for, and provided, my email address.

Again, no mention here, but a button to click, which I did.
Further down the page, in a small box, is "Sign up for a 30-day free trial—The Trial is free, but we will charge £0.01 to stop the scam."
Ok, fair enough. I did not see this as I had already clicked through to buy now above. Which then tried charging me 5p, not 1p... At which point I have then contacted sales for clarification...
3. If you included the relevant information on the purchase page as well as a tiny box buried far down the main page, I may have been more informed.
4. I was in a purchase page, all relevant information to my purchase should also be in front of me. And yes, I did raise a support ticket...
5. Attempting to use the code on the annual package produced an error popup saying there were no applicable products. At this point I changed it to monthly, which produced a 5p charge, but no explanation on that page. Imagine if it had said that...
You may counter my arguments but I hope we can draw a line here.
Your arguments have not been 100% correct, and you have been inaccurate about your own website wording and flow.
Imagine though, if someone had replied to my sales enquiry as quickly as someone is replying on TrustPilot.

I have used them for a couple friends sites for their small businesses as well as my own. My data is always secure and (unlike pretty much any hosting company I’ve used), there has literally been zero downtime at least not any that I’m aware of or notified of. They are much faster than some other bigger hosting companies I have used, and their set up is super professional and clean compared to other smaller hosting companies you might compare them to. The options are expensive and I don’t believe I’ve ever had to contact Customer service for anything but I’m sure if I did I wouldn’t have any problems. I literally had forgotten about my account that I pre-paid for for a few years and I’m so glad I remembered about this company because I definitely will be renewing when it expires. And not that this alone is a convincing statement, but there is no motivation behind this review other than wanting to support them. I saw an old promotion email about winning lifetime hosting services, which was already long expired lol… But the purpose it did serve was remind me that I really wanted to leave a good review because of my great experience with them.. especially because I have used so many hosting services over the years and so many are outrageously priced. These people keep it fair, fast, functional, and the best part is I don’t have to worry about storage because most of their services are unlimited . Thanks guys keep it up

They delete your hosting package…
They deleted my hosting package that I just have purchased to renew my domain last Jan 18th, then I have no access to my account due to the changes, they say they have sent out the emails with the new details, but I have not had them, nothing in my junk inbox, and while I am trying to get these details of you, you are saying that I have a bill to renew this domain at the premium rate package, that I have already renewed this month, but i have errors, that I could not get it resolved because you deleted the tickets and left it ingored,
Because i have this bill with them, that I do not need to pay as I have already paid for, they will not give me access to my hosting package.
This us bad practice behaviour of you, because of this bill, you have no control of my domain, and I have it transferred
Oh they will not help you, if you leave them a 1 star review, this shows what type of people they really are, as they have given up helping me out.
