Auspost delivery a rip off
First order was free shipping and Aus post delivered to local postbox, and i went to collect yet i tick- leave on verandah. second order i select express any extra $3. Again Aus Post delivers the parcel to local post office. Why did i pay extra for same crap service.My wifes deliveries are delivered to the front door. Auspost are lazy as front door is down steps. please provide different courier like aramax on shipping. I now check pushy's site as they do deliver to front door

Not great!
My experience dealing with this company has been nothing short of lackluster. Their sizing is all over the place & they do little to help guide customers with this. Products are advertised with certain components, yet unless you read the fine print that component is not included. Furthermore, returns are an absolute nightmare, handled by their parent company Pushy's for which you have to pay for & is a tedious process to say the least. AVOID!

I ordered a tool and when it arrived the size on the packaging was different to the actual size labelled on the tool. Seems like a manufacturer error but BikeBug sent a replacement straight away, no questions asked.
