I bought some antique brass knobs - great quality and cheaper than a lot of companies selling similar. Really pleased with my purchase that came in good time.

Dear Kathleen, we were so sorry to learn about your order. We were surprised to hear how long you had to wait since we had not heard from you until we received your review. We were pleased you were still happy to receive your sample after we contacted you via phone and email to explain how this had been an oversight on behalf of the courier service and promptly sent your order on a next-day service. We have since upgraded our delivery services (although this was the first time it had happened), so we know we can offer reliable deliveries to our customers. We provide multiple follow-up emails with customers once we receive an order, and they are always the easiest way to contact us should you need an issue resolved quickly. Regards, Bilden.
