Garbage company, takes months to deliver with horrible customer support
Awful experience: ordered 3 items (fridge, dryer, Air Fryer)
Was told 3 days after placiong the order that the fridge was out of stock and would be back in stock in another 3 weeks time. Alongside the dryer being delivered in their warehouse in 7-10 business days.
Would not reccomend.
Brought a sunbeam radiance toaster. Item wasn't in stock however once it was in stock it was sent out quickly . Easy to get in contact with a customer service member that lets you know when the item is due . Waited 3 weeks and arrived with Aust post. Great price and product not the quickest delivery but rest assure your product will arrive eventually.

I am writing regarding my recent order for a Hisense 205L Top Mount Refrigerator – White HRTF206 with Premium Delivery.
Your website clearly states a 3–7 day delivery timeframe and outlines Premium Delivery inclusions such as unboxing, installation, and removal of old appliances. None of these commitments were fulfilled:
The item was not delivered within the promised timeframe
No unboxing or installation occurred
No removal of old appliance, despite my prior communication
I was later informed by your customer service team that Premium Delivery is only available in VIC—this was not disclosed at the time of purchase, and is misleading
Under Australian Consumer Law, businesses must not accept payment for goods or services if they:
Do not intend to supply them
Know, or should reasonably know, they will not be able to supply them within the advertised timeframe
This experience has caused significant inconvenience. I’ve had to chase updates myself, and I’m now left with a large, heavy appliance to manage alone while caring for three children. This is unacceptable.
I am requesting:
A formal apology
Compensation for the failure to deliver the service as advertised
Clarification on how your Premium Delivery terms are communicated to customers outside VIC
I expect this matter to be addressed promptly. If not resolved, I will consider escalating the issue to consumer protection authorities.

I have been promised a refund for a faulty microwave for over a month and still waiting. I keep being told it is being processed.
Confirming other reviews this company will sell you electrical goods cheaper apparently based on a business model of take your money up front and then to order the wholesale supplier next. This equates to very long fulfilment times and an anxious wait wondering if your online order will deteriorate into a struggle to redeem a refund. Not worth the pain I suggest. For me their call centre was responsive but no order tracking offered because the truth was there was nothing to track. And so my order hangs in limbo me with it.
The worst service ever. No customer support. They sell products they don't have in stock. i would highly recommend to SKIP this scammer.
No customer service and no stock. Billy Guyatts are happy to take your money, advertise that items are in stock and then not bother to contact you when they can't fulfill your orders. And when you ask why the answer is, "I don't know, I just work in Customer Service." I think that says it all. Supposedly cheap prices so I guess no customer service is needed?!
